【摘要】:人才是最基本的和最重要的資源,人力資源是企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,企業(yè)現(xiàn)在和未來的發(fā)展是由企業(yè)所擁有的人才數(shù)量與質(zhì)量所決定的。企業(yè)要在殘酷的市場競爭生存和發(fā)展,一方面要保持組織優(yōu)化、體制和機制創(chuàng)新,另一方面,是保持人力資源的培訓(xùn)與發(fā)展,加強企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn),而完善的員工培訓(xùn)體系則是提高培訓(xùn)工作績效的保障。有效的員工培訓(xùn)可以使員工端正認識,不斷提升技藝和本領(lǐng),實現(xiàn)個人價值,增強為企業(yè)服務(wù)的信心,為企業(yè)參與競爭提供源源不斷的動力。東方鍋爐公司是火力發(fā)電設(shè)備制造行業(yè)排頭兵企業(yè),在技術(shù)開發(fā)、產(chǎn)品制造方面具有比較競爭優(yōu)勢,面對公司提出的創(chuàng)建“百年企業(yè)”目標,對人力資源管理工作特別是培訓(xùn)開發(fā)提出了新的要求。本文以筆者服務(wù)多年的東方鍋爐公司為例,運用文獻研究、問卷調(diào)查、工作分析的方法,對東方鍋爐公司現(xiàn)有員工培訓(xùn)體系進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進行再設(shè)計。本文首先綜合闡述了企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)知識,明確企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)體系的組成要素。接著,對公司員工培訓(xùn)體系現(xiàn)狀及存在問題進行分析,通過分析公司人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)狀況和員工培訓(xùn)體系現(xiàn)狀,公司員工培訓(xùn)培訓(xùn)體系主要存在問題有:員工培訓(xùn)計劃的針對性不強;員工培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容過于單一,方式不靈活;缺乏科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的員工培訓(xùn)效果評估體系;員工培訓(xùn)課程架構(gòu)尚未建立,內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)師水平還要提升;員工培訓(xùn)制度還不健全。然后,對東方鍋爐員工培訓(xùn)體系再設(shè)計,東方鍋爐員工培訓(xùn)體系再設(shè)計包括員工培訓(xùn)體系流程優(yōu)化和建設(shè)強有力實施保障兩個方面,確定了東方鍋爐員工培訓(xùn)體系再設(shè)計的目標和堅持的原則,在培訓(xùn)體系流程優(yōu)化上,重點要做好培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)研分析和建立培訓(xùn)效果評估的機制;在實施保障上,重點做好內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)師團隊建設(shè)和培訓(xùn)課程體系開發(fā)。最后,本文還以東方鍋爐技能操作類崗位員工培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)工作的具體實踐成果,驗證了東方鍋爐員工培訓(xùn)體系再設(shè)計的初步成效。本文論述方向為企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)工作診斷,提出的解決措施也主要基于企業(yè)工作實際。通過本文研究,希望能為發(fā)電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)培訓(xùn)工作提供一些參考和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Human resources are the most basic and important resources, and human resources are the key factors for the survival and development of enterprises. The present and future development of enterprises is determined by the quantity and quality of talents they possess. In order to survive and develop in the cruel market, enterprises must, on the one hand, maintain organizational optimization, system and mechanism innovation, on the other hand, It is to maintain the training and development of human resources and strengthen the training of enterprise staff, and the perfect staff training system is the guarantee to improve the performance of the training work. Realize personal value, strengthen the confidence of serving enterprises, and provide continuous power for enterprises to participate in competition. Dongfang Boiler Company is the leading enterprise in thermal power equipment manufacturing industry, in technology development, Product manufacturing has a comparative competitive advantage. In the face of the company's goal of establishing a "century-old enterprise", it puts forward new requirements for human resource management, especially training and development. This paper takes the Dongfang Boiler Company, which the author has served for many years, as an example. By using the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and job analysis, this paper analyzes the existing employee training system of Dongfang Boiler Company, and finds out that there are some problems. On the basis of this, the author redesigns. Firstly, this paper expatiates on the related knowledge of employee training, and clarifies the constituent elements of employee training system. Then, the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of employee training system in the company. By analyzing the current situation of human resource structure and employee training system, the main problems of employee training system are: the pertinence of employee training plan is not strong, the content of employee training is too single, the way is not flexible; Lack of scientific training effect evaluation system; staff training curriculum framework has not yet been established, the level of internal trainers need to be improved; staff training system is not perfect. Then, the Oriental boiler staff training system re-design, The redesign of Dongfang boiler employee training system includes two aspects: staff training system process optimization and construction strong implementation guarantee. The goal and principle of oriental boiler employee training system redesign are determined. Emphasis should be placed on the investigation and analysis of training needs and the establishment of a training effectiveness evaluation mechanism. In terms of implementation guarantee, emphasis should be placed on the development of a team of internal trainers and the development of a training curriculum system. The paper also verifies the preliminary effect of the redesigning of the training system of oriental boiler staff based on the concrete practical results of the construction of the training system for the workers of the eastern boiler skill operation class. The direction of this paper is to diagnose the training work of the employees in the enterprise. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide some reference and reference for the training of power equipment manufacturing enterprises.
