技術(shù)成熟度視角下北京純電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前的能源危機(jī)和環(huán)境污染問題迫使新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的加快發(fā)展。世界大國已紛紛加大新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的布局。為了搶奪市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇,再加上我國特有的資源和環(huán)境壓力,我國發(fā)展新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)刻不容緩。我國在2012年已經(jīng)明確指出“要以純電驅(qū)動(dòng)為汽車工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的主要戰(zhàn)略取向”。純電動(dòng)汽車作為新能源汽車的一個(gè)重要分類,它的良性發(fā)展有著舉足輕重的意義。 因此,本論文以北京純電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,首先運(yùn)用多維評(píng)估模型,以專利數(shù)據(jù)作為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),借助于Excel、Mat lab等工具,對(duì)北京純電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)成熟度進(jìn)行評(píng)估,評(píng)估結(jié)果表明北京市純電動(dòng)汽車技術(shù)現(xiàn)在處于成熟度第四等級(jí),屬于技術(shù)成長期;其次,結(jié)合學(xué)者先前研究與北京的具體情況,在明確建模目的和系統(tǒng)邊界的基礎(chǔ)上,從外部支撐力、技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和持續(xù)成長力四個(gè)維度,構(gòu)建了北京市純電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,同時(shí)通過對(duì)模型進(jìn)行的有效性檢驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了模型的正確性和穩(wěn)定性;接著,借助于仿真軟件Vensim Personal Learning Edition對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了初始仿真,分析了北京純電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)北京純電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有了更加直觀、全面的認(rèn)識(shí);最后,在上文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探討了該產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)成熟度與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展之間的聯(lián)系,,并為北京純電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)、健康地發(fā)展的提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The current energy crisis and the problem of environmental pollution have forced the rapid development of the new energy automobile industry. The major countries in the world have increased the layout of the new energy automobile industry one after another. In order to seize the market opportunities, and in addition to the unique resources and environmental pressures of our country, It is urgent to develop new energy automobile industry in our country. In 2012, our country has clearly pointed out that "pure electric drive should be the main strategic orientation of automobile industry transformation". Pure electric vehicle is an important classification of new energy vehicle. Its benign development has important significance. Therefore, this paper takes Beijing pure electric vehicle industry as the research object. Firstly, using multidimensional evaluation model and patent data as the basic data, this paper evaluates the technology maturity of Beijing pure electric vehicle industry by means of tools such as Excel Mat lab. The evaluation results show that the technology of pure electric vehicle in Beijing is now in the maturity of 4th grade, which belongs to the period of technology development. Secondly, combined with the specific situation of previous research of scholars and Beijing, on the basis of defining the purpose of modeling and the boundary of the system, From the four dimensions of external support, technical competitiveness, market competitiveness and sustained growth, the system dynamics model of Beijing pure electric vehicle industry competitiveness is constructed, and the validity of the model is tested. The correctness and stability of the model are verified. Then, with the help of the simulation software Vensim Personal Learning Edition, the initial simulation of the model is carried out, and the development trend of the competitiveness of Beijing pure electric vehicle industry is analyzed. We have a more intuitive and comprehensive understanding of the competitiveness of the pure electric vehicle industry in Beijing. Finally, on the basis of the above study, we further explore the relationship between the technological maturity of the industry and the development of the industry. And put forward the countermeasure suggestion for the Beijing pure electric vehicle industry to develop continuously and healthily.
