【摘要】：質(zhì)量信息作為企業(yè)特殊的資源，對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展有著至關(guān)重要的作用深刻的影響著企業(yè)的發(fā)展，現(xiàn)階段，企業(yè)開(kāi)始投入越來(lái)越多的資源來(lái)研究質(zhì)量信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用，，并希望通過(guò)對(duì)質(zhì)量信息的應(yīng)用來(lái)改善企業(yè)的管理，而質(zhì)量管理人員只有在正確地理解、有效地管理和使用質(zhì)量信息的基礎(chǔ)上，才能做出正確有效的決策。因此，如何有效管理質(zhì)量信息是企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理必須關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。 本文通過(guò)分析和研究EMR公司當(dāng)前的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀和質(zhì)量信息管理現(xiàn)狀，并通過(guò)剖析實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)管理工作中的質(zhì)量信息管理問(wèn)題案例，深入分析了EMR公司現(xiàn)有的質(zhì)量信息管理體系中存在的問(wèn)題以及成因，并結(jié)合質(zhì)量管理理論、信息管理理論以及業(yè)界先進(jìn)的思想和實(shí)踐，針對(duì)EMR公司的質(zhì)量信息系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管理，以及信息應(yīng)用提出了改進(jìn)方案和對(duì)策。論文針對(duì)EMR公司質(zhì)量信息系統(tǒng)頻繁的升級(jí)以及升級(jí)后引入新問(wèn)題的情況，提出在公司內(nèi)部建立質(zhì)量信息服務(wù)總線的構(gòu)想，并結(jié)合公司目前流程復(fù)雜以及業(yè)務(wù)流程綁定系統(tǒng)的情況，參考業(yè)界先進(jìn)的構(gòu)建基于業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)象系統(tǒng)的思想，從可行性的角度提出了統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)接口，解耦業(yè)務(wù)和數(shù)據(jù)的方案；針對(duì)EMR公司數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管理薄弱的現(xiàn)象，以及各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)塊的系統(tǒng)間存在脫節(jié)的問(wèn)題，提出建立數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評(píng)測(cè)體系的建議，并本著從源頭開(kāi)始解決問(wèn)題的思想，結(jié)合當(dāng)前業(yè)界加強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量過(guò)程管理的做法，提出了搭建數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管理平臺(tái)，構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管理流程的方案；最后就ERM公司質(zhì)量信息應(yīng)用范圍過(guò)窄，設(shè)立的質(zhì)量指標(biāo)不全面等問(wèn)題，結(jié)合業(yè)界領(lǐng)先的質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)中心管理思想，提出了構(gòu)建用質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)的管理模式在ERM公司實(shí)施的必要性。 論文的課題及研究結(jié)論不僅對(duì)解決EMR公司質(zhì)量信息管理中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題具有決策和參考意義，同時(shí)也能為其他類似的企業(yè)提供啟發(fā)與借鑒，為提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供一種新型管理的思路。
[Abstract]:As a special resource of enterprises, quality information has a vital effect on the development of enterprises. At this stage, enterprises begin to invest more and more resources to study the application of quality information system. It is hoped that quality information should be used to improve the management of enterprises, and quality managers can make correct and effective decisions only on the basis of correct understanding, effective management and use of quality information. How to effectively manage quality information is a problem that enterprises must pay attention to in quality management. This paper analyzes and studies the current quality management and quality information management of EMR Company, and analyzes the case of quality information management in practical business management. This paper deeply analyzes the existing problems and causes of EMR's existing quality information management system, and combines the quality management theory, information management theory and advanced ideas and practices of the industry, aiming at the quality information system of EMR Company. Data quality management and information application are put forward. Aiming at the frequent upgrading of EMR quality information system and the introduction of new problems after upgrading, this paper puts forward the idea of establishing quality information service bus in the company. Combined with the current complex process and business process binding system, referring to the advanced idea of constructing business object system, this paper puts forward a unified data interface, decoupling business and data from the point of view of feasibility. Aiming at the phenomenon of weak data quality management in EMR Company and the problem of disconnection among the systems of each business block, the paper puts forward the suggestion of establishing a data quality evaluation system, and based on the idea of solving the problem from the source, Combined with the current practice of strengthening data quality process management in the industry, this paper puts forward a scheme to build a data quality management platform and a data quality management process. Finally, the application scope of ERM quality information is too narrow. Based on the idea of leading quality data center management, this paper puts forward the necessity of constructing the management mode of quality data driven service in ERM Company. The subject and conclusion of this paper not only have decision and reference significance to solve the practical problems in EMR quality information management, but also provide inspiration and reference for other similar enterprises. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises to provide a new management ideas.
