【摘要】：在企業(yè)管理中,組織結構管理是所有企業(yè)組織生產的基礎,沒有任何一個適用于所有企業(yè)的、最佳的組織管理理論和方法。建立高效、合理、協(xié)調的企業(yè)組織結構,只有結合企業(yè)所處的內、外部環(huán)境權宜應變,靈活掌握,才能建立適合公司發(fā)展需要的企業(yè)組織結構證。如今,在經濟社會快速發(fā)展的今天,電力行業(yè)作為關系國計民生的支柱行業(yè),作為大型央企的典型代表,舊有的管理模式已不能適應環(huán)境的需要,必須向精益化、扁平化、集約化的管理模式轉變。因此,建立適合公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的企業(yè)組織機構是公司持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎。本論文以天津市電力公司為例,以調研的方式,深入組織內部了解到組織存在著機構層級多、信息鏈冗長、效率低下、專業(yè)化水平不強等問題,并提出了解決途徑。以此為基礎,借鑒了國內外組織理論的研究成果和企業(yè)組織結構方面相關理論知識,對天津市電力公司的組織結構進行了優(yōu)化設計,提出了優(yōu)化設計方案和保障措施。通過調整方案的實施,可使天津市電力公司的組織結構更加合理,供電資源得到優(yōu)化配置,企業(yè)專業(yè)化水平和管理效率得到了提升。
[Abstract]:In the enterprise management, the organizational structure management is the foundation of all enterprises' organization and production. There is no one suitable for all enterprises and the best organization management theory and method. Only by combining the internal and external environment of an enterprise with adaptability and flexibility, can we establish an enterprise organizational structure that is suitable for the development of a company. Today, with the rapid development of the economy and society, As the pillar industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood, as a typical representative of large central enterprises, the old management mode can no longer meet the needs of the environment, and must be changed to a lean, flat and intensive management mode. It is the foundation of the company's sustainable development to establish the enterprise organization which is suitable for the company's development strategy. This paper takes Tianjin Electric Power Company as an example and deeply understands that there are many levels of organization and long information chain within the organization. On the basis of this, the author draws lessons from the research results of the organization theory at home and abroad and the relevant theoretical knowledge on the organizational structure of enterprises, and puts forward some solutions to the problems, such as low efficiency, low specialization and so on. The organizational structure of Tianjin Electric Power Company is optimized, and the optimal design scheme and guarantee measures are put forward. Through the implementation of the adjustment scheme, the organization structure of Tianjin Electric Power Company can be more reasonable, and the power supply resources can be optimized. The level of enterprise specialization and management efficiency have been improved.
