基于IE技術(shù)的X企業(yè)前制動器生產(chǎn)線改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:工業(yè)工程在國外已經(jīng)發(fā)展了有一百多年,它能夠?qū)⒐芾韺W(xué)思想與工程項目融為一體,對于西方資本主義國家早期工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的崛起起到了巨大的促進(jìn)作用。工業(yè)工程技術(shù)在這一百多年的發(fā)展中,隨著生產(chǎn)力生產(chǎn)水平的進(jìn)步以及先進(jìn)管理思想的提高,工業(yè)工程技術(shù)在在不斷的發(fā)展。在當(dāng)前企業(yè)所處的激烈的競爭環(huán)境之下,企業(yè)組織生產(chǎn)時更加關(guān)注于提高效率降低成本,更加重視產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提升,更加注重柔性化生產(chǎn)線的構(gòu)建。企業(yè)的這些需求,最終都要訴諸于對工業(yè)工程技術(shù)的合理運(yùn)用。在多樣化需求環(huán)境中,企業(yè)生產(chǎn)能力的靈活性提升不是一朝一夕的事情,如何合理平衡生產(chǎn)效率、控制產(chǎn)品成本和質(zhì)量的同時能夠恰當(dāng)滿足多樣化需求,這些都對工業(yè)工程技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新提出了新的要求。因此即使到了今天,對于工業(yè)工程技術(shù)在企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用研究仍然是一個非常有效且熱門的課題。 本文所做研究主要是從企業(yè)的角度宏觀進(jìn)行分析,對生產(chǎn)線上的企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率優(yōu)化。本文將應(yīng)用到工業(yè)工程相關(guān)的理論與技術(shù)對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)生的問題進(jìn)行剖析、闡發(fā)并提出改善措施,為了提高企業(yè)的現(xiàn)場管理水平還發(fā)揮了5S等管理技術(shù)。論文中第一部分介紹了和利用工業(yè)工程的技術(shù)提升產(chǎn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的研究意義和研究背景,第二部分別描述了國內(nèi)和國外先進(jìn)的工業(yè)工程技術(shù)研究、相關(guān)應(yīng)用和開發(fā)創(chuàng)新趨勢,第三步簡單介紹了工業(yè)工程基礎(chǔ)的理論知識。然后本文以一個企業(yè)為例,對這個企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)線現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析描述,并且運(yùn)用圖形對該企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)線存在的問題進(jìn)行了診斷,同時應(yīng)用工業(yè)工程基礎(chǔ)理論和方法對該企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)線布局、生產(chǎn)流程、操作、生產(chǎn)線現(xiàn)場管理等幾個方面提出了改善方法,使企業(yè)在各種形式生產(chǎn)的同時降低成本、還要保證質(zhì)量的綜合要求,最后還對改善后的效果進(jìn)行了評估。本文不但詳細(xì)介紹了工業(yè)工程理論的相關(guān)方法,在結(jié)合企業(yè)的具體情況進(jìn)行實踐應(yīng)用方面也做出了很有價值的貢獻(xiàn),可以作為其他企業(yè)運(yùn)用工業(yè)工程方法改造自身企業(yè)生產(chǎn)線的典型案例來借鑒。
[Abstract]:Industrial engineering has been developed for more than 100 years in foreign countries. It has played a great role in promoting the rise of the early industrial industry in the western capitalist countries. In the development of industrial engineering technology in the past 100 years, with the progress of the productive forces and the improvement of the advanced management thought, Industrial engineering technology is developing continuously. In the current competitive environment, enterprises pay more attention to improving efficiency and reducing cost, and pay more attention to the improvement of product quality. More attention should be paid to the construction of flexible production lines. In the end, these needs of enterprises have to resort to the rational use of industrial engineering technology. In a diversified demand environment, it is not a matter of overnight for enterprises to enhance their flexibility of production capacity. How to balance production efficiency reasonably, control the cost and quality of products while meeting the diversified demand properly, all of these put forward new requirements to the innovation of industrial engineering technology. So even today, The application of industrial engineering technology in enterprises is still a very effective and hot topic. The research in this paper is mainly from the point of view of the enterprise macroscopically to optimize the production efficiency of the enterprise on the production line. This paper will apply to the theory and technology related to industrial engineering to analyze the problems arising from the enterprise production line. In order to improve the field management level of enterprises, 5S and other management techniques have been brought into play. In the first part of the paper, the significance and research background of improving the production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises by using the technology of industrial engineering are introduced and used. The second part describes the domestic and foreign advanced industrial engineering technology research, the related application and the development innovation trend, the third step briefly introduces the theory knowledge of the industrial engineering foundation. The present situation of the production line of this enterprise is analyzed and described, and the problems existing in the production line of the enterprise are diagnosed by using the graph. At the same time, the layout and production process of the production line of the enterprise are analyzed by applying the basic theory and method of industrial engineering. Operation, production line site management and other aspects have put forward improvement methods to enable enterprises to reduce costs while producing in various forms, and also to ensure the comprehensive requirements of quality. This paper not only introduces the relevant methods of industrial engineering theory in detail, but also makes a valuable contribution to the practical application in combination with the specific situation of the enterprise. It can be used as a typical case for other enterprises to use industrial engineering methods to transform their own production lines.
