【摘要】:隨著人們生活質(zhì)量的提高,對于體育健身活動愈加重視,電子商務在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代也迅猛發(fā)展,可以預見電子商務渠道銷售健身器材類商品存在大規(guī)模的客戶需求。LOVSPORTS公司是計劃成立的網(wǎng)上銷售健身器材的公司。其經(jīng)營模式是把健身資源進行整合,以就近出售的原則減少其流通成本,為消費者提供高質(zhì)量、低價格的商品;基于市場調(diào)研、行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)及顧客回饋信息分析,靈活調(diào)整商品價格體系及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;基于創(chuàng)新的多維度網(wǎng)絡營銷模式進行市場推廣;力圖建立完善優(yōu)異的服務體系,并且給予消費者進行專業(yè)指導。公司的主要銷售渠道是網(wǎng)絡銷售,把行業(yè)的資源進行整合,以天貓為銷售平臺,通過幾年的經(jīng)營力爭成為網(wǎng)上知名的健身器材專賣機構(gòu),打造自己的“淘品牌”。 本論文通過對行業(yè)發(fā)展情況的調(diào)研和系統(tǒng)分析,提出創(chuàng)業(yè)方案。在LOVSPORTS公司的企劃書當中得知,公司預計投資二百萬,并在未來的六年中凈現(xiàn)值達到1136.28萬元,兩年半收回成本。由此可知LOVSPORTS公司的創(chuàng)業(yè)具有很大的可行性,但在經(jīng)營的過程,一定要加強企業(yè)的管理,做好財財務與經(jīng)營風險防控工作。基于本文研究可知,撰寫創(chuàng)業(yè)計劃書能有效指導初創(chuàng)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)管理和創(chuàng)業(yè)過程,對于分析未來創(chuàng)業(yè)道路上的困難與風險以及創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐都具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's quality of life, more and more attention has been paid to sports and fitness activities, and e-commerce has also developed rapidly in the Internet era. It can be predicted that there is a large-scale customer demand for the sale of fitness equipment in e-commerce channels. LOVSPORTS is a planned online fitness equipment sales company. Its business model is to integrate fitness resources. Based on market research, industry data and customer feedback information, we can adjust commodity price system and development strategy flexibly. Based on the innovative multi-dimensional network marketing model to promote the market, trying to establish and improve the excellent service system, and to give professional guidance to consumers. The company's main sales channel is network sales, to integrate the resources of the industry, Tmall as a sales platform, through several years of management strive to become a well-known online fitness equipment monopoly, to create their own "Amoy brand." Through the investigation and systematic analysis of the industry development, this paper puts forward a business plan. According to the LOVSPORTS Company's plan, the company expects to invest 2 million yuan, and the net present value will reach eleven million three hundred and sixty-two thousand and eight hundred yuan in the next six years. Two and a half years of cost recovery. From this, we can see that the venture of LOVSPORTS company has great feasibility, but in the process of operation, we must strengthen the management of enterprises, do a good job of financial affairs and management risk prevention and control. Writing a business plan can effectively guide the entrepreneurial management and entrepreneurial process of a start-up. It is of great significance to analyze the difficulties and risks on the way of future entrepreneurship as well as the entrepreneurial practice.
