【摘要】：在我國,工信部于2009年正式提出大力推進工業(yè)化與信息化融合(以下大多簡稱為兩化融合)。近年來,國內(nèi)政界、學界和企業(yè)界普遍認為,我國應在三個層面上推進兩化融合,即企業(yè)兩化融合、行業(yè)兩化融合、區(qū)域兩化融合。目前,我國對于推進兩化融合這三個層面的研究尚處于起步階段。 本文立足于企業(yè)兩化融合,分三個部分論述我國工業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的理論及實踐問題。第一部分主要從理論層面上,探討了發(fā)達國家工業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗和趨勢,分析了我國工業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及面臨的突出問題；重點闡述了工業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的基礎理論,包括工業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的含義、特征、機制、模式、模型和實現(xiàn)方式。第二部分主要從理論結(jié)合實踐層面上,探討了工業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題,提出了我國工業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的指導思想、發(fā)展原則、主要任務和保障措施；著重分析了工業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的評價體系問題,提出了評價的目的、要求、原則和評價指標體系。第三部分主要從實踐層面上,以寧波市為例,探討了寧波市工業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)存問題,提出了相應的對策措施。
[Abstract]:In our country, in 2009, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology formally proposed to vigorously promote the integration of industrialization and information. In recent years, the domestic political, academic and business circles generally believe that China should promote the integration of the two systems on three levels. That is, the integration of enterprise, industry and region. At present, the research on the three levels of promoting the integration is still in its infancy. Based on the integration of enterprise and enterprise, this paper discusses the theory and practice of industrial enterprise informatization in China in three parts. The first part mainly discusses the development experience and trend of industrial enterprise informatization in developed countries from the theoretical level. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of industrial enterprise informatization in our country and the outstanding problems it faces, especially expounds the basic theory of industrial enterprise informatization, including the meaning, characteristics, mechanism, mode of industrial enterprise informatization. The second part mainly discusses the development strategy of industrial enterprise informatization from the aspect of theory and practice, and puts forward the guiding ideology, development principle, main task and safeguard measure of industrial enterprise informatization in our country. The evaluation system of industrial enterprise informatization is analyzed emphatically, and the purpose, requirement, principle and evaluation index system of evaluation are put forward. The third part mainly takes Ningbo City as an example from the aspect of practice. This paper probes into the present situation and existing problems of the informatization of industrial enterprises in Ningbo, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
