【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟的重要部門,是工業(yè)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展關系到一個國家或地區(qū)的綜合實力和國際競爭力。河南省作為較早發(fā)展裝備制造業(yè)的省份,曾在歷史上占據(jù)著舉足輕重的地位,然而,近年來,隨著改革開放的不斷深入,河南省在裝備制造業(yè)領域的優(yōu)勢越來越不明顯,并且出現(xiàn)了設備、技術陳舊,資金不足等一系列的制約因素。因此,在新的歷史時期,如何能夠抓住中部崛起和中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)建設的機遇,發(fā)揮河南省在裝備制造業(yè)領域的優(yōu)勢,積極改進其落后方面,不斷提升河南省裝備制造業(yè)的競爭力是河南省在工業(yè)化進程中急需解決的問題。 本文首先對文章所需要用到的理論做了簡單的陳述,包括裝備制造業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的相關理論；其次,本文對河南省裝備制造業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀做了簡單的描述,通過描述可以讓我們對河南省裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展情況有一個大致的了解,從而能夠?qū)幽鲜⊙b備制造業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀有一個定性分析；第三,確定本文所用到的競爭力評價的方法和指標體系的構建,具體說明選擇此種方法和指標體系的原因和依據(jù)；第四,對河南省裝備制造業(yè)競爭力進行定量分析,不僅僅將河南省裝備制造業(yè)所含的七個產(chǎn)業(yè)進行比較,同時還將各個行業(yè)與全國其他省份的同種行業(yè)進行比較,并作出了重點產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇。最后,根據(jù)分析結果提出河南省裝備制造業(yè)競爭力提升的思路和對策,以期能為進一步提高河南省裝備制造業(yè)的競爭力提供參考。 通過本文的分析我們可以看到：河南省裝備制造業(yè)在全國還是比較有優(yōu)勢的,有一定的競爭力。但是同時也應該看到,河南省裝備制造業(yè)存在創(chuàng)新能力不足、資金短缺等問題；河南省裝備制造業(yè)各行業(yè)之前的發(fā)展不平衡,其中,通用設備制造業(yè)、專用設備制造業(yè)、電氣機械及器材制造業(yè)在全國具有較強的競爭優(yōu)勢,其他行業(yè)競爭力優(yōu)勢不太明顯。在綜合分析的基礎上,本文最后從政府、產(chǎn)業(yè)和企業(yè)三個層面對河南省裝備制造業(yè)競爭力提升提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:As an important sector of national economy, equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of industrial development. The development of equipment manufacturing industry is related to the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of a country or region. However, in recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening up, Henan Province's advantages in the field of equipment manufacturing are becoming less and less obvious, and equipment and technology are obsolete. Therefore, in the new historical period, how can we seize the opportunity of the rise of the central region and the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, give play to the advantages of Henan Province in the field of equipment manufacturing, and actively improve its backwardness? It is urgent to improve the competitiveness of Henan equipment manufacturing industry in the process of industrialization. Firstly, this paper makes a brief statement of the theory needed in the article, including the related theories of equipment manufacturing industry and industrial competitiveness; secondly, this paper briefly describes the present situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province. By describing, we can have a general understanding of the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province, so that we can have a qualitative analysis of the present situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province. Third, Determine the construction of competitiveness evaluation method and index system used in this paper, explain the reason and basis of choosing this method and index system. 4th, carry on quantitative analysis to the competitiveness of Henan equipment manufacturing industry. Comparing not only the seven industries contained in the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province, but also the same industries in other provinces throughout the country, and making the key industry choices. Finally, According to the analysis results, the paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of enhancing the competitiveness of Henan equipment manufacturing industry, in order to provide a reference for further improving the competitiveness of Henan equipment manufacturing industry. Through the analysis of this paper, we can see that the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province still has some advantages in the whole country and has certain competitiveness. But at the same time, we should also see that the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province has insufficient innovation ability. The development of various industries in the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province has not been balanced before. Among them, the general equipment manufacturing industry, the special equipment manufacturing industry, the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry have a strong competitive advantage in the whole country. The competitive advantage of other industries is not obvious. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the promotion of the competitiveness of Henan equipment manufacturing industry from three aspects: government, industry and enterprise.
