【摘要】：意大利INDENA SPA公司是一家專營植物提取物制造與銷售的跨國公司,該公司在銀杏葉制劑領(lǐng)域依據(jù)自身研發(fā)優(yōu)勢,并通過在競爭對手專利網(wǎng)的外圍構(gòu)建自身的專利網(wǎng),有效地保護了產(chǎn)品的市場。該文通過對INDENA公司銀杏葉制劑專利網(wǎng)的申請時機、法律狀態(tài)、技術(shù)發(fā)展路線、專利網(wǎng)布局等多角度的分析,為我國企業(yè)的銀杏葉制劑開發(fā)提供了參考,建議我國申請人在研究中充分吸收借鑒他人的專利技術(shù)和布局經(jīng)驗,提高科研及專利保護的水平。
[Abstract]:Italy's INDENA SPA is a multinational company specializing in the manufacture and distribution of plant extracts. The company builds its own patent network in the field of ginkgo biloba based on its R & D advantages and by building its own patent network on the periphery of its competitors' patent network. This paper analyzes the application opportunity, legal status, technological development route, patent network layout and so on of the patent network of Ginkgo biloba preparation in INDENA Company. This paper provides a reference for the development of ginkgo biloba preparation in Chinese enterprises, and suggests that the applicants in our country should fully absorb and learn from the patent technology and layout experience of others in the research, and improve the level of scientific research and patent protection.
