某水力發(fā)電企業(yè)人本管理模式研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,知識(shí)成為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)中決定企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的重要要素。人作為智力、知識(shí)的載體,其重要性逐漸受到廣泛重視。因此,如何尊重人才,用好人才,從而將“藏知于民”的知識(shí)和智力充分地發(fā)揮和運(yùn)用,成為學(xué)術(shù)界和企業(yè)界共同關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。人本管理是以人為中心,充分發(fā)揮人的主觀能動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)新精神的科學(xué)管理方式。以人為本的管理方式將逐漸成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)重要的管理方式。 某水力發(fā)電企業(yè)處于戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,對(duì)人力資本、創(chuàng)新能力、管理方式等提出了較高的要求。基于此,本文對(duì)某水力發(fā)電企業(yè)的人本管理模式進(jìn)行了研究與應(yīng)用。在六西格瑪設(shè)計(jì)流程——DMADV的指導(dǎo)下,,研究了某水力發(fā)電企業(yè)人本管理模式的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,分析了每個(gè)階段的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)了具有該企業(yè)特色的人本管理模式,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)際應(yīng)用。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 首先,在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外人本管理研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,明確本文的研究目的及意義,提出本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究方法。 其次,梳理人本管理的內(nèi)涵,立足企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,分析某水力發(fā)電企業(yè)實(shí)施人本管理的必要性;結(jié)合人本管理的一般過(guò)程,提出某水力發(fā)電企業(yè)人本管理模式的研究框架,為后續(xù)工作的開(kāi)展提供理論支撐和技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。 再次,分析六西格瑪設(shè)計(jì)流程——DMADV在人本管理中應(yīng)用的可行性;將DMADV引入企業(yè)人本管理模式設(shè)計(jì)研究中,建立了基于DMADV的人本管理模式設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,分析各階段的主要工作內(nèi)容和所需的技術(shù)、工具和方法,設(shè)計(jì)出某水力發(fā)電企業(yè)的人本管理模式。 最后,將上述研究成果應(yīng)用于某水力發(fā)電企業(yè),通過(guò)分析應(yīng)用效果,驗(yàn)證本文研究的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, knowledge has become an important factor in the social and economic form that determines the survival and development of enterprises. As a carrier of intelligence and knowledge, the importance of knowledge has gradually been paid more and more attention to. Therefore, how to respect and make good use of talents, Thus, the knowledge and intelligence of "hiding knowledge from the people" has become the focus of the common concern of the academic and business circles. The scientific management mode of giving full play to human's subjective initiative and innovative spirit. The people-oriented management mode will gradually become an important management mode of modern enterprises. A hydropower enterprise is in the critical period of strategic transformation and upgrading, which puts forward higher requirements for human capital, innovation ability, management mode, etc. In this paper, the human-oriented management model of a hydropower enterprise is studied and applied. Under the guidance of six Sigma design flow-DMADV, the design process of human-oriented management mode in a hydropower enterprise is studied. This paper analyzes the main research contents of each stage, designs the people-oriented management model with the characteristics of the enterprise, and carries on the practical application. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:. First of all, on the basis of summarizing the present situation of humanism management research at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of this paper are clarified, and the research contents and research methods are put forward. Secondly, combing the connotation of people-oriented management, based on the current situation of enterprises, analyzing the necessity of implementing people-oriented management in a hydropower enterprise, combining the general process of human-oriented management, the research framework of human-oriented management model of a hydropower enterprise is put forward. To provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the follow-up work. Thirdly, the feasibility of applying six Sigma design flow-DMADV in human-oriented management is analyzed, and the design process of human-oriented management pattern based on DMADV is established by introducing DMADV into the research of enterprise human-oriented management pattern design. This paper analyzes the main work contents of each stage and the necessary technology, tools and methods, and designs the people-oriented management model of a hydropower enterprise. Finally, the above research results are applied to a hydropower enterprise, and the effectiveness and feasibility of this study are verified by analyzing the application results.
