【摘要】：煤炭企業(yè)作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起著非常重要的能源體系支撐作用。上世紀(jì),隨著世界各地之間的合作日益緊密,企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也隨之增強(qiáng),如何在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)中立于不敗之地吸引了各地專(zhuān)家學(xué)者和各大機(jī)構(gòu)的目光。煤炭公司的上市,引起了金融、證券行業(yè)對(duì)其資金、年收入、政策等方面的分析和預(yù)測(cè),究根到底也是對(duì)其市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究。但專(zhuān)門(mén)研究煤炭行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的著作和理論還不是很成熟,但這些研究有助于我們了解煤炭行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,有助于國(guó)家對(duì)煤炭行業(yè)的調(diào)控。本文首先介紹中國(guó)及世界其他主要產(chǎn)煤國(guó)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,結(jié)合本國(guó)煤炭企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn),通過(guò)閱讀一些產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究著作,學(xué)習(xí)吸收先進(jìn)理論,根據(jù)我國(guó)基本國(guó)情,建立適合我國(guó)煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并采用層次分析法對(duì)其深入分析,指出我國(guó)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的不足之處和優(yōu)勢(shì)。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明：煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)由于其獨(dú)特性,導(dǎo)致其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素眾多。首先是國(guó)家政策的宏觀調(diào)控和區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)需求直接影響著煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的效益；其次是煤炭行業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和煤炭鐵路運(yùn)力。本文通過(guò)研究前人學(xué)者對(duì)煤炭行業(yè)的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：我國(guó)煤炭行業(yè)近幾年一直受到亞洲金融危機(jī)的影響,導(dǎo)致其效益在一定范圍內(nèi)波動(dòng)。總體而言,隨著各地經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)需求強(qiáng)勁,各地煤炭企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯。但由于國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)能力有限,其煤炭行業(yè)的科技含量有待提高,與此同時(shí),整個(gè)鐵路網(wǎng)的運(yùn)能緊張,煤炭的運(yùn)力疲軟煤炭鐵路,急需加強(qiáng)。分析我國(guó)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀后,針對(duì)如何提高其整體的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)提出一些對(duì)策：國(guó)家加強(qiáng)政策上的傾斜和財(cái)政力量的支持；各大煤炭企業(yè)不斷引進(jìn)消化吸收國(guó)外先進(jìn)科技裝備,提高其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)新力；鐵路行業(yè)加強(qiáng)路網(wǎng)建設(shè)和煤炭運(yùn)輸力度。全面了解和把握我國(guó)煤炭企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,可為提升我國(guó)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。提高我國(guó)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力將對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生巨大影響。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of the national economy, coal enterprises play a very important role in supporting the sustainable development of the national economy. In 0th century, with the increasing cooperation between different parts of the world, The competition between enterprises and enterprises has also increased, how to stay in an invincible position in the competitive market has attracted the attention of local experts, scholars and major institutions. The listing of coal companies has aroused the financial and securities industry to its capital, annual income, The analysis and prediction of policies and so on is also a study of its market competitiveness. However, the books and theories that specialize in the competitiveness of the coal industry are not yet very mature. However, these studies will help us understand the current development situation of the coal industry. This paper first introduces the development of coal industry in China and other major coal-producing countries in the world, and combines the present situation and characteristics of the development of domestic coal enterprises, through reading some research works on industrial competitiveness. Learn to absorb advanced theory, according to the basic conditions of our country, set up the evaluation index system suitable for the development competitiveness of our coal enterprises, and use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to deeply analyze it. This paper points out the shortcomings and advantages of the coal industry in China. The evaluation results show that the coal industry is unique because of its unique characteristics. Firstly, the macro-control of national policies and regional economic demand directly affect the efficiency of the coal industry; Secondly, it is the technological innovation ability of coal industry and the capacity of coal railway transportation. This paper finds out that the coal industry of our country has been affected by the Asian financial crisis in recent years by studying the previous scholars' research on coal industry. In general, with the continuous development of local economy, the demand of coal industry in China is strong, and the competitive advantage of local coal enterprises is obvious. The scientific and technological content of the coal industry needs to be improved. At the same time, the transportation capacity of the entire railway network is tight, and the coal transport capacity is weak, and the coal railway is in urgent need of strengthening. After analyzing the current development situation of the coal industry in China, In view of how to improve its overall competitive advantage, this paper puts forward some countermeasures: the state strengthens the policy inclination and the support of the financial force, the major coal enterprises constantly introduce, absorb and absorb foreign advanced scientific and technological equipment, and improve their competitive and innovative ability; The railway industry should strengthen the construction of road networks and coal transportation, and comprehensively understand and grasp the current development situation of coal enterprises in China. It can provide a solid theoretical basis for improving the competitiveness of China's coal industry, which will have a great impact on the national economy.
