【摘要】:入世十余年,我國(guó)逐漸融入到經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化中。在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下,我國(guó)企業(yè)面臨著新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與挑戰(zhàn),即從早期產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),逐漸轉(zhuǎn)移到人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、服務(wù)和營(yíng)銷理念的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、品牌的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。實(shí)際上,這種轉(zhuǎn)變代表了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)重點(diǎn)從“硬件”到“軟件”的轉(zhuǎn)變,而“軟件”的背后往往承載的是企業(yè)的文化理念。所以,文化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)成為了現(xiàn)階段企業(yè)之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中極為重要的環(huán)節(jié)。 企業(yè)文化對(duì)于企業(yè)的發(fā)展有著至關(guān)重要的作用。針對(duì)某公司企業(yè)文化現(xiàn)狀,本文構(gòu)建了該公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的PDCA循環(huán)模型,為其企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提供了一種合理可行的模式,并在該公司進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證其可行性及有效性,本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 首先,在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)文化現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,明確本文的研究目的及意義,提出本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究方法。 其次,針對(duì)某公司,闡述企業(yè)文化理論知識(shí);對(duì)該公司進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析,指出該公司在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題;結(jié)合企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的一般過(guò)程和特征,提出該公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究框架。 再次,立足公司現(xiàn)狀,分析將PDCA理論用于企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的可行性,,提出將PDCA模型引入企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究中,構(gòu)建企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的PDCA循環(huán)模型。 最后,本文將研究成果應(yīng)用于某公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中,通過(guò)分析應(yīng)用效果,驗(yàn)證論文提出模型及方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:After entering WTO for more than ten years, our country gradually melts into the economic globalization. Under the new economic environment, our enterprises are facing new competition and challenge, that is, from the competition of early product quality to the competition of talents. The competition of service and marketing concept, the competition of brand. In fact, this change represents the change of competition emphasis from "hardware" to "software", and the "software" often carries the enterprise's cultural idea behind it. The competition of culture has become an extremely important link in the competition between enterprises at this stage. Enterprise culture plays an important role in the development of enterprise. According to the present situation of enterprise culture of a company, this paper constructs the PDCA cycle model of enterprise culture construction of the company, which provides a reasonable and feasible model for the construction of enterprise culture. And the application in the company to verify its feasibility and effectiveness, the main contents of this study are as follows:. First of all, on the basis of summarizing the present situation of enterprise culture at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of this paper are clarified, and the research contents and research methods are put forward. Secondly, aiming at a certain company, it expounds the theory of corporate culture, analyzes the current situation of the company, points out the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture, and combines the general process and characteristics of the construction of enterprise culture. The research framework of the company's corporate culture construction is put forward. Thirdly, based on the current situation of the company, this paper analyzes the feasibility of applying the PDCA theory to the construction of corporate culture, and proposes to introduce the PDCA model into the study of corporate culture construction and to construct the PDCA cycle model of corporate culture construction. Finally, this paper applies the research results to the corporate culture construction of a company, and verifies the validity of the proposed model and method by analyzing the application effect.
