【摘要】:隨著全球化趨勢的不斷加強(qiáng),國際工程承包作為國際間經(jīng)濟(jì)交往的一種形式,逐漸成為了各國對外經(jīng)濟(jì)乃至整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要部分。在當(dāng)今我國實(shí)施的“走出去”戰(zhàn)略與“結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)”的戰(zhàn)略要求下,國際工程承包已然成為了實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目的的主要形式。在我國國際工程承包企業(yè)數(shù)量不斷上升、行業(yè)規(guī)模急劇擴(kuò)張的同時(shí),競爭也日趨激烈。我國企業(yè)不僅要與國內(nèi)企業(yè)競爭,也要與世界范圍內(nèi)的同類企業(yè)競爭。因此,企業(yè)想要在不斷變化的國際環(huán)境與日趨激烈競爭中生存和發(fā)展,提高自身核心競爭力是唯一的方式。本文明晰了國際工程承包的概述與內(nèi)涵,并將我國的國際工程承包行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與國外進(jìn)行了對比,顯示了我國該行業(yè)與外國相比差距較大,仍存在著十分巨大的發(fā)展空間。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出我國的國際工程承包企業(yè)提升核心競爭力的迫切要求。文章以中信建設(shè)有限責(zé)任公司為例,分析其特有的核心競爭力和提升的路徑與策略,并針對其所實(shí)施的一種創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展模式——“大工程”發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行研究。在介紹了研究背景、意義、內(nèi)容、方法及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)后,本文開始提出國際工程承包的概念并進(jìn)行分析,引出以中信建設(shè)作為案例的核心競爭力研究分析。文章提出中信建設(shè)的“大工程”發(fā)展模式,并分析該模式是否能夠形成中信建設(shè)的核心競爭力。文章還探討了中信建設(shè)核心競爭力的提升策略,以及基于“大工程”模式下,中信建設(shè)提升核心競爭力的外部影響及傳導(dǎo)途徑。文章也分析了“大工程”發(fā)展模式的問題和不足,提出相關(guān)建議并對該模式的運(yùn)用與發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。本文最終得出以下結(jié)論:堅(jiān)定不移的實(shí)施“大工程”模式是中信建設(shè)提升核心競爭力的有效途徑,該模式對公司國際工程項(xiàng)目的完成以及其今后的發(fā)展具有積極的意義;“大工程”模式的創(chuàng)新與實(shí)施給我國國際工程承包行業(yè)帶來了巨大的影響,其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與借鑒作用的影響更為深遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing trend of globalization, international project contracting is regarded as a form of international economic exchanges. It has gradually become an important part of the foreign economy and even the whole national economy of various countries. Under the strategic requirements of "going out" and "structural adjustment, industrial upgrading" implemented in our country today, International engineering contracting has become the main form of realizing the strategic goal. With the increasing number of international engineering contracting enterprises and the rapid expansion of industry scale, the competition is becoming more and more fierce. Our enterprises not only have to compete with domestic enterprises. They want to survive and develop in a changing international environment and increasingly fierce competition. It is the only way to improve its core competence. This paper clarifies the outline and connotation of international project contracting, and compares the development status of our country's international engineering contracting industry with that of foreign countries. This shows that there is a big gap between China's industry and foreign countries. There is still a huge room for development. On the basis of this, the urgent requirements of China's international engineering contracting enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness are put forward. The article takes CITIC Construction Co., Ltd as an example. This paper analyzes its unique core competence and the path and strategy of its promotion, and studies a kind of innovative development model, "Great Engineering", which is implemented by it. After introducing the research background, significance, content, method and related literature, In this paper, the concept of international project contracting is put forward and analyzed, and the core competitiveness of CITIC construction is analyzed, and the development mode of "big project" of CITIC construction is put forward in this paper. The paper also analyzes whether the model can form the core competitiveness of CITIC construction. The paper also discusses the promotion strategy of CITIC's core competitiveness, and based on the "big engineering" model, The paper also analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the development model of "big project". Finally, the paper draws the following conclusions: it is an effective way for CITIC to build and enhance its core competitiveness by unswervingly implementing the "big engineering" model. This model has positive significance to the completion of international engineering project and its development in the future, the innovation and implementation of "large engineering" mode has brought great influence to the international engineering contracting industry of our country. Its successful experience and the effect of reference are more profound.
