【摘要】：在FSS-ECO環(huán)境下,面對(duì)紡織服裝行業(yè)勞動(dòng)力生產(chǎn)力成本提高、原料價(jià)格不斷上漲等現(xiàn)實(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)問(wèn)題的影響,為了促進(jìn)安全性功能服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)作為當(dāng)前服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的新手段,從而轉(zhuǎn)變產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的新思路。文章重點(diǎn)分析了制約當(dāng)前安全功能性服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在原因及其產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的必然性,深入探析安全功能性服裝在整體設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中所面臨的問(wèn)題以及在設(shè)計(jì)中的重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn),同時(shí)提出了安全功能性服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)需依賴產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整變化、設(shè)計(jì)理念的轉(zhuǎn)變、產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)文化創(chuàng)新以及品牌運(yùn)營(yíng)管理創(chuàng)新與生產(chǎn)管理建設(shè)等系列產(chǎn)業(yè)化創(chuàng)新升級(jí)的戰(zhàn)略。進(jìn)一步突顯了安全功能性服裝在現(xiàn)代服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)中的地位,為整體產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新升級(jí)研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)理論研究。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of FSS-ECO, in order to promote the design of safety functional clothing industry as a new means to transform and upgrade the garment industry, in the face of the impact of the real industrial problems, such as the increase of labor productivity cost and the rising price of raw materials in the textile and garment industry, In order to change the new thinking of product design, the article analyzes the internal reasons of restricting the development of the current safe functional clothing industry and the inevitability of upgrading the industry. This paper probes into the problems faced in the whole design process of safety functional clothing and the key points and difficulties in the design. At the same time, it points out that the safety functional clothing industry needs to rely on the adjustment of industrial structure and the change of design concept. The technical and cultural innovation of products and the strategies of industrial innovation and upgrading, such as brand operation management innovation and production management construction, further highlight the position of safety functional clothing in the transformation and upgrading of modern clothing industry. For the overall industrial innovation and upgrading research laid the foundation of theoretical research.
