我國建筑企業(yè)海外本土化經(jīng)營研究

【摘要】:近年來,許多國內(nèi)外知名企業(yè)通過在海外進行本土化經(jīng)營實現(xiàn)了在海外的快速發(fā)展,成為國際型大公司。通過本土化經(jīng)營可以實現(xiàn)對當?shù)刭Y源的充分利用,加快進入當?shù)厥袌?降低企業(yè)在東道國的經(jīng)營風險,從而提高公司在當?shù)厥袌龅母偁幜Σ⒃诋數(shù)。相對于其他行業(yè),我國建筑企業(yè)走出去較早,但在本土化經(jīng)營方面卻遠沒有其他行業(yè)成熟,始終缺乏本土化經(jīng)營理念。由于海外市場競爭越來越激烈以及建筑企業(yè)拓展海外市場的迫切性都要求建筑企業(yè)實施海外本土化經(jīng)營,提高本土化經(jīng)營能力,實現(xiàn)在海外市場的快速成長。 本文首先界定了本土化經(jīng)營的內(nèi)涵,建立了本土化經(jīng)營理論架構并闡述了本土化經(jīng)營所經(jīng)歷的階段過程,以此構成本土化經(jīng)營的理論基礎。其次,針對我國建筑企業(yè)海外發(fā)展情況以及建筑行業(yè)特殊性,分析了我國建筑企業(yè)海外發(fā)展存在問題的原因及本土化經(jīng)營的動因。然后,分析了建筑企業(yè)海外本土化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略表現(xiàn),并總結了國內(nèi)外建筑企業(yè)及其他企業(yè)的本土化經(jīng)營經(jīng)驗啟示,對本土化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略進行了舉證,并借鑒其成功之處。最后,在前文分析的基礎上,提出了提升我國建筑企業(yè)海外本土化經(jīng)營能力的措施及建議,旨在提高我國建筑企業(yè)海外本土化經(jīng)營的水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many well-known enterprises at home and abroad have realized their rapid development overseas and become large international companies through their local operations. Through local management, they can make full use of local resources and speed up their entry into the local market. Reduce the business risk of the enterprise in the host country, thus improve the competitiveness of the company in the local market and take root in the local.Compared with other industries, the construction enterprises of our country go out earlier, but in the aspect of local management, they are far from mature in other industries. Because the competition of overseas market is more and more fierce and the urgency of construction enterprises to expand overseas market, construction enterprises are required to carry out overseas localization management and improve their local management ability. To achieve rapid growth in overseas markets. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of the localization management, establishes the theoretical framework of the localization management, and expounds the stage process of the localization management, which constitutes the theoretical basis of the localization management. In view of the overseas development of Chinese construction enterprises and the particularity of the construction industry, this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the overseas development of Chinese construction enterprises and the reasons for the localization of management. Then, the paper analyzes the strategic performance of the overseas localization management of the construction enterprises. And summarized the domestic and foreign construction enterprise and other enterprises localization management experience enlightenment, has carried on the proof to the localization management strategy, and draws lessons from its success. This paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the overseas localization management ability of Chinese construction enterprises in order to improve the level of overseas localization management of Chinese construction enterprises.
