【摘要】:近年來(lái),許多國(guó)內(nèi)外知名企業(yè)通過(guò)在海外進(jìn)行本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了在海外的快速發(fā)展,成為國(guó)際型大公司。通過(guò)本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)刭Y源的充分利用,加快進(jìn)入當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng),降低企業(yè)在東道國(guó)的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從而提高公司在當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力并扎根于當(dāng)?shù)。相?duì)于其他行業(yè),我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)走出去較早,但在本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)方面卻遠(yuǎn)沒(méi)有其他行業(yè)成熟,始終缺乏本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)理念。由于海外市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈以及建筑企業(yè)拓展海外市場(chǎng)的迫切性都要求建筑企業(yè)實(shí)施海外本土化經(jīng)營(yíng),提高本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)在海外市場(chǎng)的快速成長(zhǎng)。 本文首先界定了本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)的內(nèi)涵,建立了本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)理論架構(gòu)并闡述了本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)所經(jīng)歷的階段過(guò)程,以此構(gòu)成本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,針對(duì)我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)海外發(fā)展情況以及建筑行業(yè)特殊性,分析了我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)海外發(fā)展存在問(wèn)題的原因及本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)的動(dòng)因。然后,分析了建筑企業(yè)海外本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略表現(xiàn),并總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑企業(yè)及其他企業(yè)的本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示,對(duì)本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了舉證,并借鑒其成功之處。最后,在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了提升我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)海外本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)能力的措施及建議,旨在提高我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)海外本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)的水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many well-known enterprises at home and abroad have realized their rapid development overseas and become large international companies through their local operations. Through local management, they can make full use of local resources and speed up their entry into the local market. Reduce the business risk of the enterprise in the host country, thus improve the competitiveness of the company in the local market and take root in the local.Compared with other industries, the construction enterprises of our country go out earlier, but in the aspect of local management, they are far from mature in other industries. Because the competition of overseas market is more and more fierce and the urgency of construction enterprises to expand overseas market, construction enterprises are required to carry out overseas localization management and improve their local management ability. To achieve rapid growth in overseas markets. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of the localization management, establishes the theoretical framework of the localization management, and expounds the stage process of the localization management, which constitutes the theoretical basis of the localization management. In view of the overseas development of Chinese construction enterprises and the particularity of the construction industry, this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the overseas development of Chinese construction enterprises and the reasons for the localization of management. Then, the paper analyzes the strategic performance of the overseas localization management of the construction enterprises. And summarized the domestic and foreign construction enterprise and other enterprises localization management experience enlightenment, has carried on the proof to the localization management strategy, and draws lessons from its success. This paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the overseas localization management ability of Chinese construction enterprises in order to improve the level of overseas localization management of Chinese construction enterprises.
