【摘要】:對于所有旨在獲取足夠訂單的制造或服務(wù)企業(yè)而言,質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為最核心的要素之一。許多企業(yè)將質(zhì)量提升為顧客的核心價值,認為提高質(zhì)量是實現(xiàn)競爭力并在當今復雜的全球競爭環(huán)境下獲得顧客忠誠的重要策略。但任何試圖提高質(zhì)量的行為都將導致產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)成本的提升。如何在提高質(zhì)量以滿足顧客需求的同時控制質(zhì)量成本,成為政府、企業(yè)界和學術(shù)界廣泛關(guān)注的緊迫而又重大的現(xiàn)實問題。 質(zhì)量功能展開(quality function deployment, QFD)作為以顧客需求為中心的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計開發(fā)及質(zhì)量管理方法,可實現(xiàn)將不確定的顧客需求轉(zhuǎn)換確定的技術(shù)特性?ㄖZ理論(Kano)能夠識別顧客多維度的需求,Kano模型與QFD的集成可依據(jù)不同質(zhì)量特征開發(fā)出能夠滿足顧客需求的產(chǎn)品。失效模式與后果分析(failure mode and effects analysis, FMEA)作為前瞻性的可靠性分析和安全性評估方法,能夠與QFD互補以完善產(chǎn)品設(shè)計開發(fā);疑到y(tǒng)理論(grey system theory, GST)作為研究不確定性系統(tǒng)的方法,有助于研究質(zhì)量水平與質(zhì)量成本的關(guān)系。 本文結(jié)合以上方法建立了基于QFD的質(zhì)量成本控制與灰色評價模型。利用QFD與Kano方法將包含質(zhì)量成本因素的顧客需求轉(zhuǎn)化為產(chǎn)品技術(shù)特性及零部件工藝。針對相關(guān)零部件,使用FMEA理論對其失效模式及影響進行分析,控制產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)以及后續(xù)使用階段的質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性。同時利用灰色系統(tǒng)理論構(gòu)建質(zhì)量水平與質(zhì)量成本的灰色線性回歸組合模型,將其用于質(zhì)量成本預(yù)測與控制。本文將模型應(yīng)用于某電機公司的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計改進中,并取得了顯著的改進效果。 本文的研究成果有: (1)提出基于QFD的質(zhì)量成本控制與灰色評價模型; (2)利用Kano模型提出損失成本重要度的概念,拓展了QFD的研究; (3)提出基于QFD與熵權(quán)法的RPN灰色評價方法,改進了FMEA理論; (4)利用灰色系統(tǒng)理論構(gòu)建質(zhì)量水平與質(zhì)量成本的灰色線性回歸組合模型; (5)將模型應(yīng)用于某電機公司的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計開發(fā)改進過程。
[Abstract]:Quality has become one of the core elements for all manufacturing or service companies that aim to secure sufficient orders. It is believed that improving quality is an important strategy to achieve competitiveness and gain customer loyalty in today's complex global competitive environment. However, any attempt to improve quality will lead to higher cost of products or services. Quality to meet customer needs while controlling quality costs, Become the government, the business community and academic circles pay close attention to the urgent and important practical issues. Quality function deployment (QFDs) is a customer-oriented approach to product design and development and quality management. The Kano theory can identify the multi-dimensional customer demand and the integration of Kano model with QFD can develop the product that can meet the customer demand according to different quality characteristics. Failure mode and effects Analysis (FMEA) as a prospective reliability analysis and safety assessment method, It can complement QFD to perfect product design and development.The grey system theory is helpful to study the relationship between quality level and quality cost as a method of studying uncertain system. In this paper, a quality cost control and grey evaluation model based on QFD is established. By using QFD and Kano methods, the customer demand including quality cost factors is transformed into product technical characteristics and component technology. The FMEA theory is used to analyze the failure mode and its influence, to control the quality stability of the product in the production and subsequent use stage. At the same time, the grey linear regression model of the quality level and the quality cost is constructed by using the grey system theory. In this paper the model is applied to the improvement of product design in a certain motor company and a remarkable improvement effect is obtained. The research results of this paper are as follows:. 1) put forward the quality cost control and grey evaluation model based on QFD; 2) using Kano model, the concept of loss cost importance is put forward, which extends the research of QFD. 3) the grey evaluation method of RPN based on QFD and entropy weight method is put forward, and the FMEA theory is improved. 4) the grey linear regression model of quality level and quality cost is constructed by using grey system theory. The model is applied to the improvement process of product design and development in a certain electric machine company.
