【摘要】：本次東方天地工程項目費用管理控制方案設(shè)計旨在通過“東方天地工程項目”招投標(biāo)合同文件,要求根據(jù)該工程的施工設(shè)計圖紙、投標(biāo)報價文件、承包方企業(yè)的財務(wù)管理模式,結(jié)合財務(wù)管理理論與實踐,設(shè)計完成建設(shè)項目的費用控制方案。設(shè)計內(nèi)容主要包括項目費用控制方案、項目資金流量控制方案和費用控制組織方案。理論依據(jù)包括該工程的施工設(shè)計圖紙、投標(biāo)報價文件、承包方企業(yè)的財務(wù)管理模式和調(diào)研結(jié)果、重慶建筑行業(yè)實施的2008定額標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及施工與驗收規(guī)范、《中華人民共和國建筑法》等。施工費用控制是指從建設(shè)項目投標(biāo)報價開始,直至建設(shè)項目竣工結(jié)算完成為止,貫穿于建設(shè)項目實施的全過程。資金控制方案設(shè)計包括項目資金使用計劃、資金流入計劃、資金流出計劃、融資計劃等,由此建立一套完整的資金控制體系。本項目的費用控制組織結(jié)構(gòu)采用的是項目職能式組織結(jié)構(gòu),項目部績效考核采用的是關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標(biāo)法與360度考核方想結(jié)合的方法,從工作業(yè)績、工作能力和工作態(tài)度三個方面進(jìn)行考核。費用控制方案結(jié)論為工期195天,計劃費用為4595502.72元,合同價4793086.95元,通過費用控制方案,可以實現(xiàn)利潤197584.23元。資金融資方案產(chǎn)生利息89967.36元,所以最后利潤為107616.87元。
[Abstract]:The project cost management and control scheme of Dongfang Tiandi Project is designed to request the construction design drawing, bidding quotation document and financial management mode of contractor enterprise according to the contract documents of "Dongfang Tiandi Project". Combined with the theory and practice of financial management, the cost control scheme of the construction project is designed. The design content mainly includes the project cost control scheme, The project capital flow control scheme and the cost control organization plan. The theoretical basis includes the construction design drawing of the project, the bidding quotation document, the financial management mode and the investigation result of the contractor enterprise, The 2008 quota Standard and the Construction and acceptance Code of Chongqing Construction Industry, the Construction Law of the people's Republic of China, etc. Construction cost control refers to the construction cost control from the beginning of the bidding quotation of the construction project to the completion of the settlement of the construction project. Fund control scheme design includes project fund use plan, capital inflow plan, capital outflow plan, financing plan, etc. Therefore, a complete fund control system is established. The cost control organization structure of the project adopts the project functional organizational structure, and the project department performance appraisal adopts the key performance index method and the 360 degree appraisal method. The conclusion of the cost control scheme is 195days, the planned cost is 4595502.72 yuan, the contract price is 4793086.95 yuan, and the cost control scheme is adopted. Can realize profit of 197584.23 yuan. Fund financing scheme produces interest 89967.36 yuan, so the final profit is 107616.87 yuan.
