【摘要】：本次東方天地工程項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用管理控制方案設(shè)計(jì)旨在通過(guò)“東方天地工程項(xiàng)目”招投標(biāo)合同文件,要求根據(jù)該工程的施工設(shè)計(jì)圖紙、投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)文件、承包方企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理模式,結(jié)合財(cái)務(wù)管理理論與實(shí)踐,設(shè)計(jì)完成建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的費(fèi)用控制方案。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用控制方案、項(xiàng)目資金流量控制方案和費(fèi)用控制組織方案。理論依據(jù)包括該工程的施工設(shè)計(jì)圖紙、投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)文件、承包方企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理模式和調(diào)研結(jié)果、重慶建筑行業(yè)實(shí)施的2008定額標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及施工與驗(yàn)收規(guī)范、《中華人民共和國(guó)建筑法》等。施工費(fèi)用控制是指從建設(shè)項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)開(kāi)始,直至建設(shè)項(xiàng)目竣工結(jié)算完成為止,貫穿于建設(shè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的全過(guò)程。資金控制方案設(shè)計(jì)包括項(xiàng)目資金使用計(jì)劃、資金流入計(jì)劃、資金流出計(jì)劃、融資計(jì)劃等,由此建立一套完整的資金控制體系。本項(xiàng)目的費(fèi)用控制組織結(jié)構(gòu)采用的是項(xiàng)目職能式組織結(jié)構(gòu),項(xiàng)目部績(jī)效考核采用的是關(guān)鍵業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)法與360度考核方想結(jié)合的方法,從工作業(yè)績(jī)、工作能力和工作態(tài)度三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行考核。費(fèi)用控制方案結(jié)論為工期195天,計(jì)劃費(fèi)用為4595502.72元,合同價(jià)4793086.95元,通過(guò)費(fèi)用控制方案,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)197584.23元。資金融資方案產(chǎn)生利息89967.36元,所以最后利潤(rùn)為107616.87元。
[Abstract]:The project cost management and control scheme of Dongfang Tiandi Project is designed to request the construction design drawing, bidding quotation document and financial management mode of contractor enterprise according to the contract documents of "Dongfang Tiandi Project". Combined with the theory and practice of financial management, the cost control scheme of the construction project is designed. The design content mainly includes the project cost control scheme, The project capital flow control scheme and the cost control organization plan. The theoretical basis includes the construction design drawing of the project, the bidding quotation document, the financial management mode and the investigation result of the contractor enterprise, The 2008 quota Standard and the Construction and acceptance Code of Chongqing Construction Industry, the Construction Law of the people's Republic of China, etc. Construction cost control refers to the construction cost control from the beginning of the bidding quotation of the construction project to the completion of the settlement of the construction project. Fund control scheme design includes project fund use plan, capital inflow plan, capital outflow plan, financing plan, etc. Therefore, a complete fund control system is established. The cost control organization structure of the project adopts the project functional organizational structure, and the project department performance appraisal adopts the key performance index method and the 360 degree appraisal method. The conclusion of the cost control scheme is 195days, the planned cost is 4595502.72 yuan, the contract price is 4793086.95 yuan, and the cost control scheme is adopted. Can realize profit of 197584.23 yuan. Fund financing scheme produces interest 89967.36 yuan, so the final profit is 107616.87 yuan.
