【摘要】：在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的今天,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,企業(yè)要想獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),就不能只憑借價(jià)格、質(zhì)量、服務(wù)等取勝。企業(yè)要利用自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和技術(shù)上的支撐獲得更好地發(fā)展,加快研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品,縮短產(chǎn)品的生命周期,來(lái)滿足多元化的市場(chǎng)需求。我國(guó)加入WTO后,“以信息化帶動(dòng)工業(yè)化,以工業(yè)化促進(jìn)信息化的發(fā)展”的戰(zhàn)略決策,推動(dòng)企業(yè)工業(yè)化和信息化的進(jìn)程。越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),開(kāi)始推廣并應(yīng)用企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃——ERP系統(tǒng)軟件,但是投入實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng)后,企業(yè)收到的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益卻千差萬(wàn)別。許多企業(yè)在實(shí)施過(guò)程中,遇到種種挫折,有的甚至對(duì)此望而卻步。因此在企業(yè)實(shí)施ERP方面,需要科學(xué)、全面的指導(dǎo),本文以此為基礎(chǔ),分六部分闡述我國(guó)醫(yī)藥企業(yè)ERP實(shí)施的情況,總結(jié)出不足和對(duì)策,并結(jié)合TYS藥業(yè)的情況,做了詳細(xì)的分析,助其他制藥企業(yè)信息化和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)一臂之力,也希望為我省其他制造類企業(yè)實(shí)施ERP提供參考。本文主體分為6個(gè)部分。第一章是緒論。介紹了本文的研究背景,選題的研究意義,研究思路及內(nèi)容,以及ERP的概念、管理思想、發(fā)展歷程和系統(tǒng)組成。第二章分析制造類企業(yè)ERP應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀研究。介紹了ERP的發(fā)展歷程,總結(jié)了ERP系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用狀況以及實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題和成功實(shí)施的對(duì)策,具體到藥業(yè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行分析,為T(mén)YS要的實(shí)證研究做好理論支撐。第三章是對(duì)TYS藥業(yè)的信息化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,看到其實(shí)施ERP的可行性和必要性。第四章介紹了TYS藥業(yè)實(shí)施ERP的需求分析和功能機(jī)構(gòu)。第五章結(jié)合ERP系統(tǒng)具有項(xiàng)目生命周期的特點(diǎn),闡述了TYS藥業(yè)ERP實(shí)施的過(guò)程分析,并建立了符合TYS藥業(yè)ERP實(shí)施評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。第六章通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)的ERP績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)方法建立了TYS藥業(yè)的ERP績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)模型,為藥業(yè)企業(yè)提供一些建議和幫助,提升其ERP應(yīng)用水平。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country today, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. If enterprises want to gain competitive advantages, they can not only rely on price, quality and service to win. Enterprises should take advantage of their own advantages and technical support to get better development. Speed up the research and development of new products, shorten the life cycle of products to meet the diversified market needs. After China's entry into WTO, the strategic decision of "promoting industrialization with information technology and promoting the development of information technology with industrialization", More and more enterprises begin to popularize and apply ERP system software for reference of management experience at home and abroad, but after putting ERP system into practice, more and more enterprises begin to promote the process of enterprise industrialization and informatization. However, the economic benefits received by enterprises vary greatly. Many enterprises have encountered various setbacks in the process of implementation, and some have even been deterred from doing so. Therefore, in the implementation of ERP in enterprises, scientific and comprehensive guidance is needed, which is the basis of this paper. This paper expounds the implementation of ERP in Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises in six parts, summarizes the shortcomings and countermeasures, and makes a detailed analysis in combination with the situation of TYS pharmaceutical industry in order to help other pharmaceutical enterprises with information technology and modernization. The main body of this paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction. It introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas and contents, as well as the concept of ERP. The second chapter analyzes the current situation of ERP application in manufacturing enterprises, and introduces the development course of ERP. This paper summarizes the application of ERP system in enterprises, the problems existing in the implementation process and the countermeasures for successful implementation. The third chapter is to analyze the information status of TYS pharmaceutical industry. Chapter 4th introduces the requirement analysis and function organization of implementing ERP in TYS pharmaceutical industry. Chapter 5th, combined with the characteristics of ERP system with project life cycle, expounds the process analysis of ERP implementation in TYS pharmaceutical industry. Chapter 6th establishes the ERP performance evaluation model of TYS pharmaceutical industry through the ERP performance evaluation method of domestic and foreign enterprises, which provides some suggestions and help for pharmaceutical enterprises to improve their ERP application level.
