FDI在我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的研究,主要集中在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)宏觀行業(yè)層面,而研究的主要類型也主要為行業(yè)內(nèi)的溢出,即水平溢出,而對(duì)單個(gè)行業(yè)的研究較少。汽車行業(yè)作為關(guān)聯(lián)性極強(qiáng)的戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),研究FDI在該行業(yè)的技術(shù)溢出具有重要意義。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用理論分析和實(shí)證相結(jié)合的方法,探究FDI對(duì)我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的具體影響,并且區(qū)分了垂直溢出和水平溢出。首先對(duì)汽車行業(yè)的行業(yè)特征、產(chǎn)品分類以及其關(guān)聯(lián)行業(yè)進(jìn)行簡單概括,并回顧了FDI在我國汽車行業(yè)的發(fā)展;其次通過理論分析闡明FDI進(jìn)入后對(duì)我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響機(jī)制,并運(yùn)用實(shí)證模型具體分析了FDI對(duì)我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響因素和程度,實(shí)證模型以勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率模型為基礎(chǔ),通過Johansen檢驗(yàn)確立協(xié)整關(guān)系后回歸,并通過誤差修正模型考察各變量的短期變動(dòng)效應(yīng),然后通過格蘭杰檢驗(yàn)考察了各個(gè)變量之間的因果關(guān)系;最后根據(jù)分析結(jié)果為我國政府和企業(yè)提出了政策建議。 研究結(jié)果表明,FDI的進(jìn)入在總體上對(duì)我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生了正向的溢出效應(yīng)。其中,水平溢出效應(yīng)包括方向相反的兩種發(fā)生機(jī)制:外資行業(yè)參與度的提高會(huì)產(chǎn)生正向溢出;而外資企業(yè)技術(shù)水平的提高則會(huì)產(chǎn)生負(fù)向溢出,主要由于擠出效應(yīng)的發(fā)生。垂直溢出效應(yīng)明顯,這要?dú)w因于汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)很強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性;前向垂直溢出效應(yīng)小于后向垂直溢出效應(yīng),這一方面是因?yàn)榕c汽車行業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)的上游產(chǎn)業(yè)大多是重工業(yè),產(chǎn)值占比較大;另一方面是因?yàn)槠囎鳛樽罱K消費(fèi)品進(jìn)入中國普通家庭只是最近幾十年的時(shí)間,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)下游的溢出效應(yīng)還沒有完全釋放。
[Abstract]:The research on FDI technology spillover effect is mainly focused on the macro-industry level of national economy, and the main types of research are mainly intra-industry spillover, that is horizontal spillover. As a strategic pillar industry with strong relevance, it is of great significance to study the technology spillover of FDI in this industry. By combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper explores the specific impact of FDI on China's automobile industry, and distinguishes vertical spillover from horizontal spillover. Product classification and its related industries are briefly summarized, and the development of FDI in China's automobile industry is reviewed. Secondly, the influence mechanism of FDI on China's automobile industry is explained through theoretical analysis. The empirical model is used to analyze the influence factors and degree of FDI on China's automobile industry. The empirical model is based on the labor productivity model and establishes the cointegration relationship after regression through Johansen test. The short-term variation effect of each variable is investigated by error correction model, and the causality between the variables is investigated by Granger test. Finally, policy recommendations are put forward for Chinese government and enterprises according to the analysis results. The results show that FDI entry has a positive spillover effect on China's automobile industry in general. The horizontal spillover effect includes two mechanisms of opposite direction: the increase of foreign investment industry participation will result in positive spillover; On the other hand, the improvement of technology level of foreign-funded enterprises will produce negative spillover, mainly due to the occurrence of extrusion effect. The vertical spillover effect is obvious, which can be attributed to the strong industrial relevance of automobile industry. The forward vertical spillover effect is smaller than the backward vertical spillover effect. On the one hand, the upstream industry associated with the automobile industry is mostly heavy industry, and the output value is relatively large. Another reason is that the downstream spillover effect of the auto industry has not been fully released since the automobile entered ordinary Chinese households as the final consumer goods only in recent decades.
