【摘要】:隨著近10年來汽車產(chǎn)銷量“井噴式”的增長(zhǎng),汽車工業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),我國(guó)也已成為世界汽車大國(guó)。然而,我國(guó)卻并非汽車制造強(qiáng)國(guó),國(guó)內(nèi)汽車制造企業(yè)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上缺乏競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,究其原因在于技術(shù)落后和汽車質(zhì)量的低劣。在市場(chǎng)環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)空前激烈的當(dāng)今,質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),也是決定企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要因素。我國(guó)汽車制造企業(yè)要增強(qiáng)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就必須要不斷提高產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的質(zhì)量,提高顧客滿意度。同時(shí),還要降低成本,注重質(zhì)量投入的經(jīng)濟(jì)性,提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。開展質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)性管理研究,不僅有助于提高企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理水平,還能將質(zhì)量管理活動(dòng)與企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益密切聯(lián)系起來,在質(zhì)量、成本、收益之間找到一個(gè)平衡點(diǎn),使企業(yè)贏取最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。因此,本文結(jié)合汽車生產(chǎn)制造的特點(diǎn),主要針對(duì)企業(yè)質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)性管理問題開展研究,一方面找出整車生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量薄弱環(huán)節(jié),加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量管理,提高企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理水平,另一方面合理分配各環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量成本投入,降低質(zhì)量成本,提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 首先,論文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)性管理的基本概念、主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,,并對(duì)汽車制造企業(yè)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要闡述。 其次,結(jié)合汽車制造企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),在對(duì)汽車制造企業(yè)質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)性管理開展分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了汽車制造企業(yè)質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)性管理框架,闡述了框架的主要內(nèi)容、實(shí)施質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)性管理的具體內(nèi)容,并對(duì)相關(guān)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。 最后,將構(gòu)建的質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)性管理框架運(yùn)用于C汽車公司,驗(yàn)證了框架的實(shí)用性。在對(duì)C公司開展質(zhì)量成本分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用GO法原理找出其汽車質(zhì)量形成過程的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),并相應(yīng)提出了質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)性管理的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the growth of automobile production and sales in the past 10 years, automobile industry has become the pillar industry of China's economic development, and China has become a big automobile country in the world. However, China is not a powerful country in automobile manufacturing. The lack of competitiveness of domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises in the international market is due to technical backwardness and inferior automobile quality. At a time when the market environment is complex and changeable and competition is unprecedented, quality has become the basis for the survival and development of enterprises. It is also an important factor that determines the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. In order to enhance the competitiveness of the international market, Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises must constantly improve the quality of products and services and improve customer satisfaction. At the same time, they must also reduce costs. Pay attention to the economy of quality investment and improve the economic benefit of enterprises. The research on quality economic management can not only help to improve the quality management level of enterprises, but also closely link the quality management activities with the economic benefits of enterprises. To find a balance between quality, cost and income, so that the enterprise can win the greatest economic benefits. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the quality and economic management of the enterprise, combining with the characteristics of automobile production and manufacturing. On the one hand, we should find out the weak links of the production quality of the whole vehicle, strengthen the quality management, improve the quality management level of the enterprise, on the other hand, rationally allocate the quality cost input of each link, reduce the quality cost, and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise. First of all, the paper briefly introduces the basic concept of quality and economic management, the main research content, and automobile manufacturing enterprises are briefly described. Secondly, according to the characteristics of automobile manufacturing enterprises, on the basis of analyzing the quality and economic management of automobile manufacturing enterprises, this paper puts forward the framework of quality and economic management of automobile manufacturing enterprises, and expounds the main contents of the framework. The concrete content of implementing the quality economy management, and has carried on the research to the related key technology. Finally, the quality economy management framework is applied to C Automobile Company, which verifies the practicability of the frame. On the basis of analyzing the quality cost of C Company, the weak links in the forming process of automobile quality are found out by using go principle. The countermeasures of quality economy management are put forward accordingly.
