【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，國內(nèi)對能源的消耗日益增加。煤炭作為我國最主要的一次能源，在日益增加的國內(nèi)需求中，已日漸枯竭。與此同時，面對我國國內(nèi)煤炭資源結(jié)構(gòu)的不平衡，煤炭企業(yè)開展“走出去”尋求境外煤炭資源已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。近年來，在國家鼓勵優(yōu)勢煤炭企業(yè)“走出去”進行境外煤炭資源開發(fā)政策的引導(dǎo)下以及金融危機帶來的契機推動下，我國眾多的煤炭企業(yè)開始紛紛開展“走出去”活動進行境外煤炭資源的投資開發(fā)，我國煤炭企業(yè)的“走出去”活動逐漸達到高潮。然而，在眾多的“走出去”項目中，我國煤炭企業(yè)的“走出去”卻并不算成功，這其中暴露出了許多的問題。 本論文以跨國直接投資理論為依據(jù)，通過對當(dāng)前我國煤炭企業(yè)“走出去”現(xiàn)狀的總結(jié)，，并結(jié)合到我國開展“走出去”活動的煤炭企業(yè)進行實地調(diào)研了解的情況，從“走出去”的主體、“走出去”的區(qū)域選擇、“走出去”的方式選擇以及“走出去”后的經(jīng)營狀況幾個方面著手，逐個分析當(dāng)前我國煤炭企業(yè)的“走出去”活動存在的問題，包括“走出去”主體跨國經(jīng)營能力不強、群體盲目跟風(fēng)“走出去”、“走出去”的區(qū)域選擇不合理、“走出去”的方式選擇不當(dāng)以及企業(yè)在境外的經(jīng)營管理本地適應(yīng)能力不強導(dǎo)致境外經(jīng)營狀況不佳。針對總結(jié)的幾個方面的問題，提出了提高企業(yè)的跨國經(jīng)營能力、規(guī)范“走出去”企業(yè)的行為，在“走出去”的區(qū)域選擇和方式選擇時要根據(jù)企業(yè)的自身能力選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)膮^(qū)域和方式，遵循漸進性的國際化原則開展“走出去”以及提高企業(yè)境外經(jīng)營管理水平的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the domestic energy consumption is increasing day by day. As the most important primary energy in our country, coal has been exhausted in the increasing domestic demand. At the same time, In the face of the imbalance of the domestic coal resource structure, it has become an urgent task for coal enterprises to "go out" and seek foreign coal resources in recent years. Under the guidance of the government's policy of encouraging superior coal enterprises to "go out" and develop coal resources abroad, and under the impetus of the opportunity brought by the financial crisis, Many coal enterprises in our country begin to carry out "going out" activities one after another to carry out overseas coal resources investment and development, and the "going out" activities of our country's coal enterprises have gradually reached a climax. However, among the numerous "going out" projects, China's coal enterprises "go out" is not a success, which exposed a lot of problems. Based on the theory of transnational direct investment, this paper summarizes the present situation of "going out" of coal enterprises in our country, and combines with the field investigation and understanding of coal enterprises engaged in "going out" activities in our country. Starting from the main body of "going out", the regional choice of "going out", the way of "going out" and the operating situation after "going out", the problems existing in the "going out" activities of coal enterprises in our country are analyzed one by one. Including the fact that the main body of "going out" is not strong in transnational management, The group blindly follow the trend of "going out", "going out" the regional choice is unreasonable, "going out" the way of improper choice and the enterprises in the overseas business management local adaptability is not strong, leading to the situation of overseas business is not good. Several aspects of the. This paper proposes to improve the transnational management ability of enterprises, standardize the behavior of "going out" enterprises, and choose the appropriate regions and ways according to the ability of the enterprises when choosing the regional and mode of "going out". Follow the principle of gradual internationalization to carry out "going out" and improve the management level of enterprises overseas.
