【摘要】：正"十二五"以來,廣西柳州市財(cái)政多措并舉,預(yù)算統(tǒng)籌安排資金,出臺(tái)相關(guān)政策措施,改造提升傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)展新興產(chǎn)業(yè),促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式。引導(dǎo)促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展升級(jí)"十二五"期間,柳州市財(cái)政充分發(fā)揮財(cái)政資金的引導(dǎo)作用,加大資金扶持力度,統(tǒng)籌財(cái)力預(yù)算安排各種企業(yè)發(fā)展資金20.38億元,主要用于企業(yè)技術(shù)改造創(chuàng)新、節(jié)能減排、戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、園區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等支出。大力扶持重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,支持企業(yè)技術(shù)改造和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。市財(cái)政在"十二五"期間年預(yù)算共安排各類技改項(xiàng)目資金5.84
[Abstract]:Since the 12th Five-Year Plan, Guangxi's Liuzhou City has been carrying out various fiscal measures at the same time, making overall budget arrangements for funds, introducing relevant policies and measures, reforming and upgrading traditional industries, developing emerging industries, and promoting economic restructuring. To change the mode of economic growth, guide and promote industrial development and upgrading during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, Liuzhou City's finance gave full play to the guiding role of financial funds, increased the intensity of fund support, and coordinated financial resources and budgets to arrange two billion thirty-eight million yuan for various enterprises' development funds. It is mainly used for enterprises' technological transformation and innovation, energy saving and emission reduction, strategic emerging industries, infrastructure construction of the park, and so on, and vigorously supports the development of key industries, To support the technological transformation and technological innovation of enterprises. The municipal finance has arranged a total of 5.84 funds for various technical innovation projects in the annual budget of the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
