【摘要】：對(duì)于現(xiàn)代企業(yè)而言,內(nèi)部管理包含很多方面,而績(jī)效管理作為內(nèi)部管理的重要組成部分,不但關(guān)系著企業(yè)是否能夠擁有穩(wěn)定的人才結(jié)構(gòu),還直接影響企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,因此也一直都是企業(yè)界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文以上海立晨建筑裝飾有限公司為例在簡(jiǎn)要分析了該公司的績(jī)效管理問題后,為其設(shè)計(jì)了基于平衡計(jì)分卡的績(jī)效管理體系,希望能夠藉此提升其績(jī)效管理效率。
[Abstract]:For modern enterprises, internal management includes many aspects. As an important part of internal management, performance management is not only related to whether the enterprise can have a stable talent structure, but also directly affects the operational efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, it has always been the focus of the business community. This paper takes Shanghai Lichen Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd as an example to design a performance management system based on balanced Scorecard after a brief analysis of the performance management problems of Shanghai Lichen Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd. I hope to improve the efficiency of its performance management.
