【摘要】：鋼鐵工業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,我國(guó)是世界第一的產(chǎn)鋼大國(guó),也是世界最大的鋼材消費(fèi)國(guó),隨著鋼鐵工業(yè)的發(fā)展和鋼鐵工業(yè)的多元化,特鋼的需求量正在逐步的增加,以發(fā)達(dá)工業(yè)化國(guó)家經(jīng)驗(yàn)看出,在國(guó)家的鋼鐵行業(yè)進(jìn)入成熟期以后,優(yōu)、特鋼的比重將逐步提高,特鋼這個(gè)隸屬于新興能源行業(yè)的材料即將迎來(lái)一個(gè)飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,必將成為鋼鐵行業(yè)中新興的朝陽(yáng)行業(yè)。本文在對(duì)撫順特鋼的公司相關(guān)情況以及整個(gè)特鋼行業(yè)進(jìn)行介紹的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表的分析理論以及有關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了敘述,以撫順特鋼2009年到2013年經(jīng)審計(jì)對(duì)外公布的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表數(shù)據(jù)為研究基礎(chǔ),先簡(jiǎn)要對(duì)比分析了撫順特鋼的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),然后在基本財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析上對(duì)比分析了該公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)和財(cái)務(wù)狀況,對(duì)公司的盈利能力、償債能力、發(fā)展能力進(jìn)行了全面分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用雷達(dá)圖、杜邦分析等相關(guān)分析方法對(duì)該公司的報(bào)表進(jìn)行了綜合績(jī)效分析和評(píng)價(jià),最后用財(cái)務(wù)矩陣分析方法以及因素分析方法,對(duì)該公司的財(cái)務(wù)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行了剖析,就面臨的財(cái)務(wù)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,提出了相關(guān)結(jié)論和建議。
[Abstract]:The iron and steel industry is an important part of our national economy. China is the largest steel producing country in the world and the largest steel consumer in the world. With the development of iron and steel industry and the diversification of iron and steel industry, The demand for special steel is gradually increasing. From the experience of developed and industrialized countries, we can see that after the country's steel industry enters the maturity period, the proportion of excellent and special steel will gradually increase. Special Steel, a material belonging to the emerging energy industry, is about to usher in a period of rapid development. On the basis of introducing the relevant situation of Fushun Special Steel Company and the whole special steel industry, this paper describes the analysis theory and related documents of the financial statements at home and abroad. Based on the financial statement data published by audit from 2009 to 2013, the financial data of Fushun Special Steel are compared and analyzed. Then, on the basis of the analysis of the basic financial data, the paper compares and analyzes the company's operating performance and financial situation, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the company's profitability, solvency and development ability. On this basis, the radar map is used. Dupont analysis and other related analysis methods to the company's financial statements for comprehensive performance analysis and evaluation, finally using the financial matrix analysis method and factor analysis method, the financial activities of the company were analyzed. The financial problems are analyzed, and some conclusions and suggestions are put forward.
