【摘要】：我國安防行業(yè)誕生于20世紀80年代,近年來隨著國家和社會對安全形勢的關(guān)注,安防行業(yè)得到了快速的發(fā)展。視頻監(jiān)控屬于安防行業(yè)的一個子行業(yè),也是本文主要論述的對象。本文第一部分主要通過介紹視頻監(jiān)控行業(yè)的涵義、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈以及視頻監(jiān)控行業(yè)的發(fā)展階段,讓我們從整體上對視頻監(jiān)控行業(yè)有一個全面的認識,了解什么是視頻監(jiān)控行業(yè),產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的上中下游有些什么,視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由哪些部分組成,以及它的過去、現(xiàn)在和未來的發(fā)展趨勢。 強大的需求是視頻監(jiān)控行業(yè)發(fā)展的主要驅(qū)動因素,因此本文在第二部分重點分析了視頻監(jiān)控行業(yè)的市場需求情況。經(jīng)濟活動的安全性、人們收入差距擴大和社會治安問題是視頻監(jiān)控行業(yè)需求旺盛的主要驅(qū)動因素。本行業(yè)的需求方主要分為三大類,第一類政府需求,如“平安城市”建設(shè)、公安監(jiān)所管理等,這些公共安全建設(shè)是拉動行業(yè)發(fā)展的首要因素。第二類各行業(yè)需求,如金融、交通運輸、教育、房地產(chǎn)等行業(yè)。第三類商用、民用需求,如各種中小商鋪、超市、娛樂場所、家庭等,這類市場才剛剛打開,未來將會有巨大的發(fā)展空間。 了解了市場需求之后,本文第三部分介紹了視頻監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品的市場份額和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量及產(chǎn)值情況,至此我們對市場供給情況也有了大概的了解。通過對需求和供給的綜合分析,得出了視頻監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品供不應(yīng)求的結(jié)論,未來視頻監(jiān)控行業(yè)的發(fā)展空間還很大。本文第四部分通過對國際、國內(nèi)市場競爭格局的分析,可以清楚的知道各個企業(yè)的市場份額和區(qū)域分布情況,得出了視頻監(jiān)控行業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)量多、集中度低、市場競爭激烈的結(jié)論,但龍頭廠商如�？低暫痛笕A股份仍具有極大的競爭力和市場發(fā)展空間。最后,第五部分簡單介紹了兩家以視頻監(jiān)控業(yè)務(wù)為主的上市公司,它們的基本情況,競爭優(yōu)勢和財務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)。本文的特點 在行業(yè)研究的過程中,本文從安防大行業(yè)逐步切入到視頻監(jiān)控細分領(lǐng)域中,從行業(yè)需求到供給分析,并過渡到公司層面,形成了獨特的研究思路。本文所采用的數(shù)據(jù)真實可靠,資料可信度高。通過對視頻監(jiān)控行業(yè)的深刻分析,可以了解行業(yè)的成長軌跡,對投資具有極大的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The security industry of our country was born in 1980s. In recent years, with the attention of the country and society to the security situation, the security industry has been developing rapidly. Video surveillance belongs to a sub-industry of the security industry. The first part of this paper mainly introduces the meaning of video surveillance industry, industry chain and the development stage of video surveillance industry, so that we have a comprehensive understanding of the video surveillance industry as a whole. Understand what the video surveillance industry is, what is in the upper and lower reaches of the industry chain, what is the composition of the video surveillance system, and its past, present and future trends. Strong demand is the main driving factor of the development of video surveillance industry, so the second part of this paper focuses on the analysis of the market demand of the video surveillance industry, the security of economic activities, People's income gap and social security are the main driving factors of the strong demand of the video surveillance industry. The demand side of the industry is divided into three categories: the first kind of government needs, such as the construction of "peaceful city", the management of public security prisons, etc. These public safety developments are the primary factors driving the development of the industry. The second category of industry needs, such as finance, transportation, education, real estate, and other industries. The third category of commercial and civilian needs, such as various small and medium-sized shops, supermarkets, entertainment places, Family and so on, this kind of market just just opened, will have the huge development space in the future. After understanding the market demand, the third part of this paper introduces the market share of video surveillance products and the output and output value of related products. At this point, we also have a general understanding of the market supply situation. Through the comprehensive analysis of demand and supply, we have come to the conclusion that the demand for video surveillance products exceeds supply. The future development of video surveillance industry is still very big. Through the analysis of the competition pattern of international and domestic markets in the 4th part of this paper, we can clearly know the market share and regional distribution of each enterprise. It is concluded that the number of enterprises in the video surveillance industry is large, the concentration is low, and the market competition is fierce. However, leading manufacturers such as Haekangwei and Dahua still have great competitiveness and market development space. Finally, Part 5th briefly introduces two listed companies mainly in video surveillance business, their basic situation, competitive advantage and financial structure. The characteristics of this paper. In the process of industry research, this paper gradually cuts into the video surveillance subdivision from the security industry, from the industry demand to supply analysis, and to the corporate level. The data used in this paper is true and reliable, the data credibility is high. Through the deep analysis of the video surveillance industry, we can understand the growth track of the industry and have a great guiding role for investment.
