N市煙草公司企業(yè)文化建設研究

【摘要】:煙草行業(yè)屬于國家壟斷行業(yè),我國煙草行業(yè)實行了“統(tǒng)一領導、垂直管理、專賣專營”的管理體制,隨著煙草企業(yè)面臨著內(nèi)外部嚴峻的競爭壓力,加強企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理并逐步提升管理水平,培育公司發(fā)展的核心競爭力,已經(jīng)成為全行業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路。而企業(yè)文化作為企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理不可或缺的重要組成部分,已經(jīng)成為管理者不可忽視的軟實力,越來越被煙草行業(yè)企業(yè)關注和重視。本文運用現(xiàn)代管理理論對N市煙草公司企業(yè)文化建設的關鍵問題進行了剖析,研究結(jié)果認為:首先,N市煙草公司企業(yè)文化建設上進行了深入有效的探索和實踐,也取得了很好的成效,對于推動公司發(fā)展起到了積極的成效。其次,N市煙草公司企業(yè)文化建設也存在著不少問題和不足,制約著企業(yè)文化建設進一步發(fā)展,既有歷史遺留問題,也有新形勢下產(chǎn)生的新情況,這些問題不解決好,企業(yè)文化建設的成效將會受到影響。第三,根據(jù)對N市煙草公司企業(yè)文化建設的分析,本文從系統(tǒng)的角度對公司企業(yè)文化建設的指導思想和基本原則、基本內(nèi)容和要求、主要途徑和方法等進行了全面的闡述,力求能夠?qū)酒髽I(yè)文化建設的系統(tǒng)性和完整性有所幫助。最后,本文從組織保障、機構(gòu)保障、機制保障、資金保障、制度保障、人才保障等方面對公司企業(yè)文化建設的開展提出了保障措施。 本文在研究過程中運用專題調(diào)研、個人訪談、資料查閱等研究方法,全方位對N市煙草公司的企業(yè)文化建設現(xiàn)狀進行分析診斷,尋找到該公司企業(yè)文化建設存在的問題和不足,并堅持理論研究與應用研究相結(jié)合、定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合的原則,提出促進該公司企業(yè)文化建設的對策及建議。鑒于本人水平以及本文寫作過程中的各種約束,本論文還存在許多不足之處,需要未來在工作實踐中繼續(xù)思考和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The tobacco industry belongs to the state monopoly industry. The tobacco industry in our country has implemented the management system of "unified leadership, vertical management and monopoly". With the tobacco enterprises facing severe competition pressure from inside and outside, Strengthening the internal management of the enterprise and gradually improving the management level, cultivating the core competitiveness of the development of the company has become the only way for the development of the whole industry. It has become a soft power that can not be ignored by managers, and has been paid more and more attention to by enterprises in tobacco industry. This paper analyzes the key problems in the construction of enterprise culture of tobacco companies in N city by using modern management theory. The results show that: first of all, the enterprise culture construction of the tobacco company in Zen City has been deeply and effectively explored and put into practice, and it has also achieved good results. It has played a positive role in promoting the development of the company. Secondly, there are also many problems and deficiencies in the construction of enterprise culture of tobacco companies in Nian City, which restrict the further development of the construction of enterprise culture, and have some problems left over from history. There are also new situations arising under the new situation. If these problems are not solved well, the effectiveness of enterprise culture construction will be affected. Third, according to the analysis of the enterprise culture construction of N City Tobacco Company, In this paper, the guiding ideology and basic principles, basic contents and requirements, main ways and methods of corporate culture construction are expounded in a systematic way. Finally, this paper focuses on organizational, institutional, institutional, financial, institutional, institutional, and institutional support. Talent security and other aspects of the development of the company's corporate culture security measures. In the course of the research, this paper uses research methods such as special research, personal interview, data reference, etc., to analyze and diagnose the present situation of enterprise culture construction of tobacco company in N city. To find out the problems and shortcomings of the company's corporate culture construction, and adhere to the principle of combining theoretical research with applied research, qualitative research and quantitative research. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of corporate culture. In view of my level and various constraints in the process of writing, there are still many deficiencies in this paper, which need to be further considered and summarized in the future work practice.
