【摘要】：在供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下,企業(yè)除了要優(yōu)化內(nèi)部資源配置外,還必須同供應(yīng)商和客戶協(xié)作,提高供應(yīng)鏈適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)多樣化需求的能力,消除供應(yīng)鏈中不增值和等待的環(huán)節(jié),從而與供應(yīng)商和客戶建立一種新型的戰(zhàn)略供應(yīng)關(guān)系,以實(shí)現(xiàn)物流、資金流、信息流的集成管理。采購流程覆蓋了從供應(yīng)到需求之間的物流、資金流、信息流的全過程,是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動(dòng)的出發(fā)點(diǎn),會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)的成本和利潤(rùn)產(chǎn)生直接影響,是供應(yīng)鏈中的關(guān)鍵流程。通過優(yōu)化改善采購流程,能夠幫助企業(yè)達(dá)到降低成本、提高利潤(rùn)的目的,對(duì)于企業(yè)來說是十分重要的。 本文以供應(yīng)鏈思想為指導(dǎo),對(duì)A公司的采購流程進(jìn)行了深入分析,剖析了A公司在采購流程中存在的各種問題,借助系統(tǒng)化改造法提出了在供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下A公司采購流程的優(yōu)化方案,具體包括對(duì)公司采購組織架構(gòu)的優(yōu)化、采購物料分類的優(yōu)化,在采購的準(zhǔn)備階段、需求階段、實(shí)施階段和后續(xù)階段等所涉及的采購流程的優(yōu)化。最后,本文提出采購流程優(yōu)化的實(shí)施計(jì)劃并進(jìn)行了采購流程優(yōu)化實(shí)際分析,通過流程優(yōu)化前后的效果對(duì)比可知,A公司的采購流程效率有了明顯的提高。 通過本文對(duì)A公司在供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下采購流程優(yōu)化的研究,可以為A公司在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中所借鑒,同時(shí)也對(duì)處于同一行業(yè)的企業(yè)在采購流程的管理上起到借鑒和啟示的作用。在具體的實(shí)踐中,A公司應(yīng)更好地做好企業(yè)內(nèi)部與外部協(xié)同,并對(duì)優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行不斷地修正、改進(jìn),使之更加適應(yīng)企業(yè)的采購狀況,從而真正實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈的高效運(yùn)作。
[Abstract]:In the supply chain environment, in addition to optimizing the internal resource allocation, enterprises must cooperate with suppliers and customers to improve the supply chain's ability to adapt to the diversified demand of the market, and eliminate the non-value-added and waiting links in the supply chain. Thus a new type of strategic supply relationship is established with suppliers and customers to realize the integrated management of logistics, capital flow and information flow. The procurement process covers the whole process of logistics, capital flow and information flow from supply to demand. It is the starting point of the enterprise's production and operation, it will have direct influence on the cost and profit of the enterprise, and it is the key process in the supply chain. By optimizing and improving the purchasing process, it can help the enterprise to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost and increasing the profit. It is very important for an enterprise. Under the guidance of supply chain theory, this paper makes a deep analysis of the purchasing process of A Company, and analyzes the various problems existing in the purchasing process of A Company. With the help of systematic transformation method, the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of A company's purchasing process under the environment of supply chain, including the optimization of the company's purchasing organization structure, the optimization of material classification, the preparation stage of purchasing and the stage of demand. Finally, this paper puts forward the implementation plan of the procurement process optimization and carries on the actual analysis of the procurement process optimization. Through the comparison of the results before and after the process optimization, we can see that the efficiency of the procurement process has been significantly improved. Through the research on the procurement process optimization of A Company in the supply chain environment, it can be used for reference in the actual operation of A Company. At the same time, it also plays the role of reference and inspiration to the enterprises in the same industry in the management of purchasing process. In the concrete practice, company A should do better the internal and external cooperation of the enterprise, and constantly revise and improve the optimization scheme. Make it more suitable for the purchasing situation of the enterprise, so as to realize the efficient operation of the supply chain.
