【摘要】：湖北省一直是科教大省,省內(nèi)高校和科研院所數(shù)量一直居全國前列,近幾年創(chuàng)新能力顯著增強(qiáng),但與上海、北京、浙江、江蘇等發(fā)達(dá)省市相比還有較大的差距。對湖北省工業(yè)企業(yè)來說,如何增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新意識,提高創(chuàng)新水平,增加創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品是實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)快速發(fā)展,提升企業(yè)競爭力的關(guān)鍵,也是決定湖北工業(yè)企業(yè)未來發(fā)展生死攸關(guān)的大問題。因此,科學(xué)合理的分析和評價(jià)湖北省工業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力,提出提高湖北省工業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的對策和建議具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文闡述了評價(jià)體系的建立原則,在此原則上構(gòu)建了工業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對某些指標(biāo)進(jìn)行解釋說明。接著,按評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的五項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)則層分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分別分析了總體現(xiàn)狀、創(chuàng)新費(fèi)用投入現(xiàn)狀、創(chuàng)新活動和創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出現(xiàn)狀和創(chuàng)新環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀；縱向比較了湖北省最近3年工業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展情況,橫向比較中部六省工業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展情況,并總結(jié)了湖北省規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的特點(diǎn)和存在問題。然后,運(yùn)用主成分分析法對湖北省39個(gè)子行業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行分析；用主成分分析法對傳統(tǒng)的層次分析法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)：首先,要建立一套完整科學(xué)的綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；其次,通過主成分分析法找出所有指標(biāo)中最有效的指標(biāo)即方差貢獻(xiàn)率較大的指標(biāo),從而簡化了三級指標(biāo)；再次,結(jié)合主成分分析和因子分析考慮二三級指標(biāo)的交叉效應(yīng),對交叉后的評價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行打分；最后,用交叉后的打分矩陣進(jìn)行層次分析。并用結(jié)合主成分改進(jìn)的層次分析法對湖北省39個(gè)子行業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行分析。最后,對本文研究的成果進(jìn)行匯總,針對湖北省工業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀和評價(jià)分析的結(jié)果,提出了有效提升湖北省工業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的幾點(diǎn)建議。在論文的最后指出了本論文研究方法的優(yōu)越性和特色,還指出了研究的不足之處,以及今后有待進(jìn)一步研究的問題。
[Abstract]:Hubei Province has always been a major province of science and education, and the number of universities and scientific research institutes in the province has been among the highest in the country. In recent years, the number of universities and scientific research institutes in Hubei Province has increased significantly, but with Shanghai, Beijing, Zhejiang, There is still a big gap between Jiangsu and other developed provinces and cities. For industrial enterprises in Hubei Province, how to enhance their awareness of innovation, raise their level of innovation and increase their innovative products is the key to the steady and rapid economic development of industrial enterprises and the promotion of their competitiveness. It is also a big problem that determines the future development of Hubei industrial enterprises. Therefore, the scientific and reasonable analysis and evaluation of Hubei's industrial enterprises' innovation ability, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation ability of industrial enterprises in Hubei Province. This paper expounds the establishment principle of the evaluation system, and constructs the evaluation index system of the innovation ability of the industrial enterprises on this principle. Then, according to the five criteria classification standards of the evaluation index system, the paper analyzes the overall situation, innovation cost input, innovation activity and innovation output and innovation environment. This paper compares the development of industrial enterprises' innovation ability in Hubei Province in the last three years and the development of industrial enterprises' innovation ability in six central provinces horizontally. The characteristics and existing problems of the innovation ability of industrial enterprises above the scale of Hubei Province are summarized. Then, the innovation ability of 39 sub-industries in Hubei Province is analyzed by principal component analysis. The principal component analysis method is used to improve the traditional analytic hierarchy process. Firstly, a complete and scientific comprehensive evaluation index system should be established; secondly, Through principal component analysis to find out the most effective index of all indicators, that is, the largest contribution rate of variance, so as to simplify the third-level index. Thirdly, combining principal component analysis and factor analysis to consider the cross-effect of the second and third level indicators. Finally, the paper analyzes the innovation ability of 39 sub-industries in Hubei Province by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with the improved Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which combines with the improved principal component analysis method. Finally, the paper analyzes the innovation ability of 39 sub-industries in Hubei Province by means of the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). According to the present situation of the innovation ability of the industrial enterprises in Hubei Province and the results of the evaluation and analysis, the research results of this paper are summarized. At the end of the paper, it points out the superiority and characteristics of the research method, points out the deficiency of the research, and points out the problems to be further studied in the future.
