【摘要】：可再生能源的開發(fā)利用已成為全球性趨勢。目前,我國仍存在可再生能源發(fā)電上網(wǎng)定價機制不完善、電價補貼和配額交易滯后、未對電價實施效果定期評估等問題。應(yīng)完善可再生能源發(fā)電上網(wǎng)定價及補償機制,包括明確可再生能源戰(zhàn)略定位、健全可再生能源發(fā)電上網(wǎng)定價機制和補貼機制、進一步深化電力體制改革、制定支持可再生能源發(fā)展的一攬子政策措施。
[Abstract]:The development and utilization of renewable energy has become a global trend. At present, there are still some problems in our country, such as the imperfect pricing mechanism of renewable energy generation, the lagging of electricity price subsidies and quota trading. It is necessary to perfect the pricing and compensation mechanism for renewable energy generation, including defining the strategic positioning of renewable energy, and perfecting the pricing mechanism and subsidy mechanism for renewable energy generation. We will further deepen the reform of the power system and formulate a package of policies and measures to support the development of renewable energy.
