【摘要】：工業(yè)園區(qū)作為工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化的最佳結(jié)合點,是推動地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要引擎。發(fā)展園區(qū)商業(yè)經(jīng)濟,完善配套服務(wù)設(shè)施,有利于促進產(chǎn)業(yè)和城鎮(zhèn)的有機互動,推動工業(yè)園區(qū)向綜合城區(qū)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級。然而,學(xué)者們對發(fā)展園區(qū)商業(yè)經(jīng)濟的理論研究較少,這使得園區(qū)商業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展缺乏系統(tǒng)、全面、科學(xué)的理論指導(dǎo)。本文在回顧國內(nèi)外文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,以園區(qū)商業(yè)經(jīng)濟服務(wù)主體需求和內(nèi)容為研究重點,構(gòu)建園區(qū)商業(yè)經(jīng)濟的三階段(即鄰里級、社區(qū)級、新城級)發(fā)展模式。最后,以江西省贛州經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)9為例,探討選擇商業(yè)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:As the best combination of industrialization and urbanization, the industrial park is an important engine to promote the development of local economy. The development of the commercial economy of the park and the improvement of supporting service facilities are conducive to promoting the organic interaction between industries and towns. Promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial parks to integrated urban areas. However, scholars have less theoretical research on the development of commercial economy in parks, which makes the development of commercial economy in parks lack a systematic and comprehensive development. On the basis of reviewing the domestic and foreign literature, this paper focuses on the demand and content of the commercial economic service body of the park, and constructs the three stages of the commercial economy of the park (that is, neighborhood level, community level, community level). Finally, taking the economic and technological development of Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper discusses the choice of the development mode of commercial economy.
