【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析法說(shuō)明了導(dǎo)致高鐵和核電的發(fā)展速度迥異的因素,并給出對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的相關(guān)補(bǔ)充。首先,介紹了高鐵和核電各自的發(fā)展歷程;其次,分析了造成核電與高鐵發(fā)展速度有差異的四個(gè)因素,最后提出解決轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)在引進(jìn)消化吸收和跨越式創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的有關(guān)建議。文章運(yùn)用對(duì)比的方法,從直觀上了解兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)在各自發(fā)展歷程上的差異,接著運(yùn)用比較分析法,分析高鐵發(fā)展速度較快的因素:技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)因素、引進(jìn)起點(diǎn)因素、合作進(jìn)度因素、政策方針因素以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)因素。最后,結(jié)論部分給出轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)中應(yīng)注意的幾點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:This paper explains the factors that lead to the different development speed of high-speed rail and nuclear power, and gives the relevant supplement to the innovation and development of transformation and upgrading industry. Firstly, it introduces the development history of high-speed rail and nuclear power; secondly, it introduces the development of high-speed rail and nuclear power. This paper analyzes on the four factors that cause the difference between the speed of development of nuclear power and high-speed rail, and finally puts forward some suggestions for solving the problem of introducing, absorbing and leaping innovation in the industry of transformation and upgrading. From the intuitive understanding of the differences between the two industries in their respective development process, and then using comparative analysis, analysis of high-speed rail development speed factors: technological infrastructure factors, the introduction of starting point factors, cooperation progress factors, Finally, the conclusion gives some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of transformation and upgrading.
