【摘要】：本文通過(guò)研讀對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外大數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)比期間的差異,找出差距。通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外大數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)公司和最新的解決方案,以及大數(shù)據(jù)核心技術(shù)和應(yīng)用Hadoop,剖析其工作原理,用結(jié)構(gòu)圖的方式進(jìn)行表達(dá)和展示,并研究其特點(diǎn)。以百事公司為案例,描述企業(yè)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)SWOT分析法,結(jié)合企業(yè)內(nèi)部自身的優(yōu)劣和外部環(huán)境的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅,提出運(yùn)用大數(shù)據(jù)工具解決當(dāng)前問(wèn)題的理由和設(shè)想,并闡述實(shí)施策略和方法。提出結(jié)合目前公司系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的現(xiàn)狀,利用大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)來(lái)整合多系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),解決信息孤島的問(wèn)題。實(shí)現(xiàn)提高后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)處理速度和報(bào)表展現(xiàn)效率,并對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程進(jìn)行管理和把控。具體包括項(xiàng)目實(shí)施前的SAP HAN A內(nèi)存計(jì)算技術(shù)驗(yàn)證,驗(yàn)證場(chǎng)景的選擇。項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)備階段人員架構(gòu)及功能職責(zé)的確立和溝通機(jī)制的建立。以及項(xiàng)目實(shí)施計(jì)劃和步驟,項(xiàng)目交付物,知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移和培訓(xùn),還將對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的過(guò)程進(jìn)行的項(xiàng)目需求、范圍、系統(tǒng)和溝通等管理,控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的管理達(dá)成目標(biāo)。希望此文對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)技術(shù)和理論方面的學(xué)習(xí)、了解,以及實(shí)施大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)和解決方案策略方法,能夠提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和參考。最終能為企業(yè)管理者分析和實(shí)施大數(shù)據(jù)的管理決策,提供決策支持以及解決方案。
[Abstract]:In this paper, by studying the relevant literature of big data at home and abroad, and combining with the development situation of big data at home and abroad, and comparing the differences during the period, we find out the gap. Through the relevant companies and the latest solutions at home and abroad, And big data's core technology and application Hadoop, analyze its working principle, express and display it by the way of structure diagram, and study its characteristic. Take Pepsi Company as a case, describe the current situation of enterprise operation, Through the SWOT analysis, combined with the internal advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise and the opportunities and threats of the external environment, put forward the use of big data tools to solve the current problems reasons and ideas, The implementation strategy and method are expounded. Combined with the current situation of the company's system operation, big data technology is used to integrate the multi-system platform, to solve the problem of isolated information island, and to improve the speed of background data processing and the efficiency of report presentation. It also manages and controls the whole project process, including the verification of SAP HAN A memory computing technology before the implementation of the project. Selection of validation scenarios. Establishment of personnel structure and functional responsibilities and communication mechanisms during project preparation. Project implementation plans and procedures, project deliverables, knowledge transfer and training, It will also manage project requirements, scope, systems and communication in the process of project implementation, control risks, and achieve objectives through project management.
