【摘要】：醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)是關(guān)乎國計民生的重要產(chǎn)業(yè),隨著2009年醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革的進行,近年來我國醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)獲得了迅猛的發(fā)展勢頭,同時隨著我國人口數(shù)量的增長、全面放開二孩政策的實施,以及人口老齡化的增長、人們對健康意識的增強,我國的醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)獲得了強大并持久的需求量。而當(dāng)前,我國醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)面臨研發(fā)投入強度較低、產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度影響規(guī)模經(jīng)濟等問題,一定程度上制約了我國醫(yī)藥市場的供給量。為了對我國當(dāng)前的醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)有一個較清晰客觀的認(rèn)識,發(fā)現(xiàn)其近年來的發(fā)展規(guī)律,本文采用了中觀研究領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論即SCP分析范式,對我國醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)的市場結(jié)構(gòu)和市場行為展開了細(xì)致、全面的分析,主要涉及到產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度、產(chǎn)品差異化、進入退出壁壘、研發(fā)強度及并購行為等,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)是喜中有憂,總體呈現(xiàn)出蒸蒸日上的發(fā)展勢頭,但是仍存在很多的問題亟需政府、企業(yè)等力量的貢獻。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文引入了研究產(chǎn)業(yè)市場績效的常用方法—主成分分析法,通過國家統(tǒng)計局網(wǎng)站獲取《中國統(tǒng)計年鑒》中的相關(guān)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),選取了11個規(guī)整后的經(jīng)濟指標(biāo),結(jié)合2006—2014年這9年的數(shù)據(jù),展開了實證模型分析,最后發(fā)現(xiàn)近九年來我國醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)總體越發(fā)向好,但其增長速度相對來說是不同的,2007年、2008年績效相對降低,應(yīng)該與當(dāng)時全球金融危機的影響有關(guān),2011年、2012年發(fā)展勢頭尤其迅猛,與2009年后實施的醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革等密不可分,之后的2013年、2014年增長速度開始放緩,這需要我們政府部門等相關(guān)方的重視。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is an important industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood. With the reform of the medical and health system in 2009, the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China has gained a rapid development momentum in recent years. At the same time, with the increase of population, the implementation of the policy of opening up the two-child policy, and the aging of the population, people's awareness of health has been strengthened. The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in our country has got a strong and lasting demand. At present, the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in our country is faced with the problems of low R & D investment intensity and the influence of industrial concentration on economies of scale and so on. In order to have a clear and objective understanding of the current pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in our country, we find out its development law in recent years. In this paper, the industrial organization theory in the field of mesoscopic research, or SCP analysis paradigm, is used to analyze the market structure and market behavior of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in detail and comprehensively, mainly involving the degree of industrial concentration. Product differentiation, entry and exit barriers, R & D intensity and M & A behavior, found that the current state of development of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China is mixed, overall showing a growing momentum of development. However, there are still many problems in need of government, enterprises and other forces to contribute. On this basis, this paper introduces a common method to study industrial market performance-principal component analysis. Through the National Bureau of Statistics website to obtain the relevant indicators in the "China Statistical Yearbook" data, selected 11 regular economic indicators, combined with the 2006-2014 data for the nine years. The empirical model analysis is carried out, and it is found that in the last nine years, the overall growth rate of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China is more and more positive, but its growth rate is relatively different. In 2007 and 2008, the performance of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is relatively lower. It should be related to the impact of the global financial crisis at that time. The momentum of development was particularly rapid in 2011 and 2012. It was closely related to the reform of the medical and health system implemented after 2009. In 2014, the rate of growth began to slow, which requires the attention of our government departments and other relevant parties.
