園林施工企業(yè)人力資源管理研究

【摘要】:隨著物質(zhì)生活的改善,人民群眾對(duì)精神文化生活的要求也在提高,體現(xiàn)在人居環(huán)境的需求方面,希望城市品位高,綠化美化好。所以,近些年政府在大力進(jìn)行城市改造,擴(kuò)大園林綠化范圍、提升園林綠化品質(zhì);房地產(chǎn)商也在加強(qiáng)商品房小區(qū)的景觀和綠化建設(shè),深化物業(yè)管理和綠化維護(hù)。由此使從事園林綠化施工的企業(yè)走上了發(fā)展的快車道,經(jīng)營業(yè)績(jī)逐年大幅攀升。但是,園林施工涉及農(nóng)學(xué)、林學(xué)、工學(xué)、美學(xué)等眾多領(lǐng)域,需要的人才不僅種類繁多,而且知識(shí)和能力的綜合性高,因此園林施工企業(yè)的人才引進(jìn)、培養(yǎng)等管理工作比較復(fù)雜。而我國園林施工企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)和管理都是粗放式的,也由于園林施工是野外作業(yè),工作環(huán)境差、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,對(duì)高水平人才的吸引力不大,所以,一直以來園林施工企業(yè)的人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)狀況不很理想,特別是現(xiàn)在,人才隊(duì)伍已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重制約著企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和發(fā)展?梢哉f,開展人力資源管理研究對(duì)園林施工企業(yè)的發(fā)展是至關(guān)重要的。園林施工企業(yè),尤其是國有園林施工企業(yè),從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)上來看,企業(yè)不僅要關(guān)注自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益也要關(guān)注社會(huì)的公共利益,但企業(yè)的最終目標(biāo)始終是圍繞著在滿足社會(huì)效益的前提下,根據(jù)企業(yè)自身發(fā)展和社會(huì)環(huán)境的實(shí)際情況,實(shí)現(xiàn)自身利益的最大化。本論文結(jié)合工學(xué)和管理學(xué)理論,充分借鑒工學(xué)理論的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性和管理學(xué)理論的全面性,以求建立更科學(xué)的園林施工企業(yè)人力資源管理模型,使園林施工企業(yè)人力資源的管理水平得到提高,促進(jìn)企業(yè)全面可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of material life, people's spiritual and cultural life are also required to improve the living environment, reflected in the demand side, hope the city high grade, green landscaping. So in recent years, the government vigorously carried out the transformation of the city, expanding the scope of landscaping, landscaping to enhance quality; real estate business in the landscape and greening construction the strengthening of commercial housing residential property management, deepen and greening maintenance. As a result, engaged in landscaping construction enterprises embark on the fast track of development, business performance soared year by year. However, the botanical garden construction involving agriculture, forestry, engineering, aesthetics and other fields, need talent only variety, and comprehensive knowledge and ability the high, so the garden construction enterprises in the introduction of talent, training and other management work more complicated. And the production and management of traditional garden construction enterprises in China are extensive, but also because of The botanical garden construction is field work, poor working environment, high labor intensity, high level of talent on the less attractive, so, since the garden construction enterprise talent construction situation is not ideal, especially now that the personnel has seriously restricts the competition and development of enterprise. It can be said that the research on the development of human resources management the botanical garden construction enterprise is of vital importance. The landscape construction enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises garden construction enterprises, from the long-term strategic goal of view, enterprises should not only pay attention to their own economic benefits but also should pay attention to social public interests, but the ultimate goal of the enterprise is always around in order to meet the demand of social benefit, according to the actual the situation of enterprise development and social environment, maximize their own interests. This paper combined with the engineering and management theory, make full use of theoretical rigor and Engineering The comprehensiveness of management theory, in order to establish a more scientific human resource management model of garden construction enterprises, improve the management level of human resources in landscape construction enterprises, and promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of enterprises.
