【摘要】:太陽能是一種“取之不盡,用之不竭”的能源,其本質(zhì)是太陽內(nèi)部連續(xù)不斷的核聚變反應(yīng)過程所產(chǎn)生的能量。太陽能光伏發(fā)電就是利用太陽能電池組件,將太陽能直接轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡娔。從長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展趨勢看,太陽能光伏發(fā)電將會(huì)代替部分常規(guī)能源,成為世界能源供應(yīng)的新的主體。1990年代以來,聯(lián)合國制定了世界太陽能利用戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、國際太陽能公約,,以及推行可再生能源發(fā)電的配額政策(RPS)等。世界上許多國家都把開發(fā)利用太陽能列為可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略。目前歐洲仍是全球光伏主要市場,美國、日本等國家也高度重視太陽能光伏發(fā)電。我國太陽能光伏發(fā)電在世界太陽能發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)中占據(jù)重要位置。2011年,中國成為繼意大利、德國之后的第三大新增裝機(jī)國,從2010年不足500MW裝機(jī)到2011年的近3000MW裝機(jī),中國EPC企業(yè)面臨難得的市場機(jī)遇。 太陽能光伏系統(tǒng)EPC模式在全球已經(jīng)成為成熟的工程模式,而在中國的光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)中,這項(xiàng)完整的商業(yè)模式大都被拆分開來,前兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)在嚴(yán)酷的商業(yè)環(huán)境下往往遭到剝離。同樣,利潤率、墊資、系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量也是光伏工程公司必須面對(duì)的考驗(yàn)。 本文以TH公司為例,重點(diǎn)研究三個(gè)問題:一是TH公司現(xiàn)有商業(yè)模式及存在問題的分析。主要是對(duì)TH公司的基本情況,包括歷史、組織架構(gòu)、光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目業(yè)績和現(xiàn)有商業(yè)模式的運(yùn)作機(jī)制、現(xiàn)有商業(yè)模式存在的問題等進(jìn)行闡述。二是TH公司所從事的光伏EPC行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析。主要運(yùn)用波特五力模型對(duì)光伏EPC行業(yè)的競爭環(huán)境做了分析,并且提出了TH公司戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的方向。三是TH公司綠色商業(yè)模式的建立及保障措施。探討構(gòu)建TH公司新商業(yè)戰(zhàn)略策略,進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新性研究,包業(yè)務(wù)模式、盈利模式、組織人力資源等方面,以及建立綠色商業(yè)模式的路徑和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Solar energy is a kind of "inexhaustible, inexhaustible" energy, its essence is the energy produced by the continuous nuclear fusion reaction process inside the sun. Solar photovoltaic power generation is the use of solar cell modules. From the long-term development trend, solar photovoltaic power generation will replace some conventional energy and become the new main body of the world energy supply since 1990s. The United Nations has drawn up a strategic plan for the utilization of solar energy in the world, the International Solar Energy Convention. Many countries in the world regard solar energy development as an important strategy for sustainable development. Europe is still the main global photovoltaic market, the United States. Japan and other countries also attach great importance to solar photovoltaic power generation. Solar photovoltaic power generation in China occupies an important position in the world solar power industry. In 2011, China became the successor to Italy. From less than 500MW installed in 2010 to nearly 3000 MW in 2011, China's EPC enterprises are faced with rare market opportunities. The EPC model of solar photovoltaic system has become a mature engineering model in the world, but in the photovoltaic industry of China, this complete business model has been split up. The first two sectors are often stripped off in harsh business environments. Similarly, margins, underwriting, and system quality are the tests that photovoltaic engineering companies must face. Taking th Company as an example, this paper focuses on three issues: first, the analysis of the existing business model and existing problems of th Company, mainly on the basic situation of th Company, including history, organizational structure. Performance of photovoltaic power generation projects and operational mechanisms of existing business models. The problems existing in the existing business model are expounded. Second, the current situation of photovoltaic EPC industry engaged in by th company is analyzed. The competitive environment of photovoltaic EPC industry is mainly analyzed by using Porter's five-force model. And put forward the direction of strategic transformation of th company. Third, the establishment and safeguard measures of green business model of th company. Discuss the new business strategy strategy of th company, carry on the innovative research of business model. Package business model, profit model, organization of human resources, as well as the establishment of green business model path and safeguard measures.
