【摘要】：高端裝備制造業(yè)是我國戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)七大重點發(fā)展方向之一,處于裝備制造業(yè)產業(yè)鏈的高端環(huán)節(jié),是我國制造業(yè)產業(yè)的轉型升級以及實現(xiàn)“中國創(chuàng)造”的重要突破口。高技術投入、高資本投入、高信息密集度及具有重大戰(zhàn)略性的特征,不僅符合當今制造業(yè)數(shù)字化、智能化、高度集成化的趨勢,而且以其強大的帶動性為我國經濟社會和諧發(fā)展提供了高效的引擎。在我國政府的支持下,產業(yè)相關企業(yè)通過對傳統(tǒng)技術的升級改造、新技術引進吸收再創(chuàng)造、自主創(chuàng)新等方式,已經在高端裝備制造業(yè)領域掌握了多項先進技術,產業(yè)綜合競爭力也得到了持續(xù)快速的提升。然而作為新興產業(yè),我國高端裝備制造業(yè)或各區(qū)域的競爭力水平究竟如何,各級政府在發(fā)展高端裝備制造業(yè)方面的規(guī)劃到底有哪些可以改進之處,等等。相關文獻對這些問題的研究很少,特別針對特定區(qū)域高端裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的評價研究,更是鳳毛麟角。因此,本研究選取福建高端裝備制造業(yè)為研究對象,進行該產業(yè)競爭力的評價研究,以期為政府相關部門在產業(yè)發(fā)展政策的定制與實施等方面提供堅實的理論基礎,同時為裝備制造業(yè)和戰(zhàn)略新興產業(yè)的深入研究夯實研究基礎。本文在仔細研讀相關文獻和有關理論的基礎上,首先,對高端裝備制造業(yè)競爭力相關文獻進行了綜述,并闡述了福建省高端裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展概況,明確了省內該產業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀：其次,梳理了產業(yè)競爭力基礎理論及高端裝備制造業(yè)內涵,明確了理論范疇和產業(yè)內涵,界定了高端裝備制造業(yè)的概念,并結合福建省省情,構建了福建高端裝備制造業(yè)競爭力評價的分析框架；再次,基于產業(yè)競爭力評價分析框架,構建福建高端裝備制造業(yè)產業(yè)競爭力評價的指標體系,選擇以因子分析法為實證分析工具。繼而,借助SPSS18.0統(tǒng)計分析軟件,采用因子分析法對指標數(shù)據(jù)進行實證分析,結果發(fā)現(xiàn)相對于其他東部地區(qū)省份而言,福建省的高端裝備制造業(yè)競爭力綜合水平排名靠后；最后,論述了福建高端裝備制造業(yè)的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,及面臨的機遇與威脅,并結合實證結果進一步提出促進產業(yè)快速發(fā)展的對策,并整合構造了“舵盤模型”。
[Abstract]:The high-end equipment manufacturing industry is China's seven strategic emerging industry one of the key development direction, in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain aspect, is the transformation of manufacturing industry upgrading of our country and the realization of the important breakthrough China creation. "High technology investment, high capital investment, the characteristics of high information density and is of great strategic. Not only in accordance with the manufacturing of digital, intelligent, highly integrated trend, and its powerful drive provides efficient engines for the harmonious development of our society and economy in China. Under the support of the government, industry related enterprises through the upgrading of traditional technology, new technology introduction and creation, innovation so, in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing industry has mastered a number of advanced technology, the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry has been sustained and rapid improvement. However, as a new industry, China's high The level of competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry or end of each region how, governments at all levels in the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in terms of planning in the end what can be improved, and so on. Little research on these issues related literature, especially for the study of specific areas of high-end equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness evaluation, it is very rare. Therefore, this study selected Fujian high-end equipment manufacturing industry as the research object, to evaluate the competitiveness of this industry, so as to provide a solid theoretical foundation of the relevant government departments in the implementation of the policy of industrial development and customization, while manufacturing and strategic emerging industries as the research foundation of tamping equipment. In this paper, carefully read the relevant literature and relevant on the theory, firstly, summarizes the high-end equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness of the relevant literature, and expounds the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian Province The development of the province, clarify the status in the industry. Secondly, combing the basic theory and industrial competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing industry a clear theoretical connotation, category and connotation of industry, defines the concept of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, and combined with the situation of Fujian Province, built a framework of industry competitiveness evaluation of Fujian high end equipment manufacturing; again the evaluation, based on the analysis framework of industrial competitiveness, building the evaluation index system of industry competitiveness of Fujian high-end equipment manufacturing, with the factor analysis method to empirical analysis tools. Then, using SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software, the empirical analysis of the index data by using factor analysis method, the results found that compared with other provinces in eastern region, Fujian Province, high-end equipment the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry level of comprehensive ranking; finally, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian, and the Opportunities and threats, and combined with the results of the empirical results to further promote the rapid development of the industry, and integrated construction of the "rudder plate model".
