【摘要】:21世紀(jì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展,,對(duì)于中國的企業(yè)來說這是機(jī)遇,也是挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)管理水平的相對(duì)滯后對(duì)企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的不利影響日益凸顯,企業(yè)提高管理水平與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng),是企業(yè)增加競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。人力資源管理是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的核心,不斷提高人力資源管理的水平,不僅是當(dāng)前企業(yè)提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的需要,也是社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮的保障。企業(yè)只有求得有用人才、合理使用人才、科學(xué)管理人才、有效開發(fā)人才,才能促進(jìn)企業(yè)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成和個(gè)人價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)。薪酬管理是人力資源活動(dòng)中人們最關(guān)切,議論最多的部分,因此也是企業(yè)中最受員工重視的部分?茖W(xué)、合理的薪酬制度對(duì)激發(fā)和保持員工工作的積極性,提高企業(yè)人力資源管理能力和企業(yè)整體的管理水平具有重要作用。系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)、合理的薪酬機(jī)制是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)必須具備的基本條件,企業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程中必須解決這個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題,尤其是對(duì)于建筑行業(yè),薪酬管理體系的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,推動(dòng)企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展意義重大。同時(shí),作為中國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)企業(yè),建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著舉足輕重的作用。 本文以鞍鋼建設(shè)集團(tuán)有限公司為研究對(duì)象,利用問卷調(diào)查、文獻(xiàn)研究等方法,以公司發(fā)展目標(biāo)為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合鞍鋼建設(shè)集團(tuán)有限公司的發(fā)展歷程,對(duì)該公司薪酬管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及原因進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,有目的性的設(shè)計(jì)該公司薪酬管理體系,使薪酬管理體系具有較強(qiáng)的可操作性和針對(duì)性,幫助企業(yè)提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。本文關(guān)于鞍鋼建設(shè)集團(tuán)有限公司薪酬管理體系的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于建筑施工企業(yè)薪酬管理的調(diào)整和完善具有借鑒和參考作用。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the rapid development of the global economy, for Chinese enterprises, this is an opportunity, but also a challenge. It is the key for enterprises to increase their competitiveness and realize sustainable development. Human resource management is the core of modern enterprise management and constantly improves the level of human resource management. It is not only the need for enterprises to improve their market competitiveness and long-term development, but also the guarantee of social stability and economic prosperity. Salary management is the most concerned and discussed part of human resources activities, therefore, it is also the most important part of the enterprise. A reasonable salary system plays an important role in stimulating and maintaining the enthusiasm of employees, improving the ability of human resources management and the overall management level of enterprises. The reasonable salary mechanism is the basic condition which the modern enterprise must have, the enterprise must solve this key question in the development process, especially for the construction industry. The optimization design of salary management system is of great significance to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the continuous development of enterprises. At the same time, as the foundation of the national economy of China. The development of construction industry plays an important role in the development of national economy. In this paper, Angang Construction Group Co., Ltd. as the research object, using questionnaire survey, literature research and other methods, with the guidance of the company's development objectives, combined with the development of Angang Construction Group Co., Ltd. This paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and reasons of compensation management in the company in detail, designs the compensation management system of the company purposefully, and makes the compensation management system have strong maneuverability and pertinence. Help enterprises improve their competitiveness. In this paper, the optimization design of salary management system of Angang Construction Group Co., Ltd. has reference and reference function for the adjustment and improvement of salary management in construction enterprises.
