【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化時(shí)代的到來,跨國經(jīng)營的國際性公司在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有越來越重要的地位,跨國企業(yè)面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境也日趨復(fù)雜,不同國家的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等眾多因素對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營決策構(gòu)成了巨大的挑戰(zhàn),這就要求經(jīng)營者從戰(zhàn)略管理的角度去思考企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展并采取相應(yīng)的策略。戰(zhàn)略管理有助于企業(yè)分析外部宏、微觀環(huán)境存在的主要機(jī)會(huì)和主要威脅;有助于明確企業(yè)核心能力,制定企業(yè)有效的戰(zhàn)略活動(dòng)領(lǐng)域,獲得長久的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)永續(xù)經(jīng)營;實(shí)行戰(zhàn)略管理可以優(yōu)化組合企業(yè)人力資源,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的執(zhí)行力,營造企業(yè)文化;戰(zhàn)略管理還有助于企業(yè)利益相關(guān)者對(duì)本企業(yè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)、發(fā)展能力、公司價(jià)值等產(chǎn)生穩(wěn)定的預(yù)期,從而提升公司價(jià)值。戰(zhàn)略管理已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)特別是跨國性大公司的必然選擇。財(cái)務(wù)管理是企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的重要組成部分,財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理是企業(yè)實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略管理的必然要求,是為實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和加強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),運(yùn)用財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理的分析工具,確認(rèn)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位,對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的決策與選擇、實(shí)施與控制、計(jì)量與評(píng)價(jià)等活動(dòng)進(jìn)行全局性、長期性和創(chuàng)造性的謀劃過程。本文是以Management Game(簡稱MG)虛擬環(huán)境下模擬經(jīng)營企業(yè)為基礎(chǔ)研究產(chǎn)生的,來源于模擬經(jīng)營企業(yè)Hexathos公司的實(shí)際需要。本文的主要框架是應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略管理的思想來管理企業(yè)日常財(cái)務(wù)活動(dòng),通過戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析、戰(zhàn)略制定、戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施及戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整這一完整的戰(zhàn)略管理流程使企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)活動(dòng)符合公司整體戰(zhàn)略需求,確保資源的高效利用。全文共分為八章,第一章引言部分介紹了本文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意義以及主要應(yīng)用的研究方法,第二章對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理理論做綜合論述,第三章介紹了模擬經(jīng)營公司Hexathos的概況,第四章對(duì)Hexathos公司面臨的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,第五章根據(jù)以上的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析對(duì)公司的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略做出選擇,第六章主要分析了Hexathos公司2014-2016年財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施情況,第七章根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境的變化,對(duì)Hexathos公司未來三年的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了調(diào)整,第八章為研究結(jié)論及體會(huì)。
[Abstract]:With the era of economic globalization, multinational companies play a more and more important role in the global economy, multinational enterprises are facing competitive environment has become increasingly complex, different political, economic, cultural and other factors constitute a great challenge to the management of enterprises, which requires the operators from the perspective of strategic management to think about the long-term development of enterprises and take corresponding strategies. Strategic management helps enterprises to analyze the external macro and micro environment mainly exist opportunities and major threats; contribute to the core competence of enterprise development strategy clear, field activities of enterprises effectively and obtain long-term competitive advantage, realize sustainable management; implement strategic management can optimize the combination of enterprises human resources, enhance the executive ability of the enterprise, to build the enterprise culture; strategic management helps enterprise stakeholders of the enterprise products and services, development Force, company value to generate stable expectations, thereby enhancing the value of the company. The strategic management has become a modern enterprise especially the inevitable choice of transnational companies. Financial management is an important part of enterprise management, financial strategy management is the inevitable requirement of enterprise strategy management, is to strengthen the competitive advantage of enterprises to achieve the strategic goal and, using the analysis tools of strategic financial management, confirm the competitive position of enterprises, decision and choice of financial strategy, implementation and control, measurement and evaluation activities for the overall planning process, long-term and creative. This article is based on Management Game (MG) simulation based on virtual enterprise production environment the actual needs from the simulation business of Hexathos company. The main framework of this paper is the application of the thought of strategic management to manage the enterprise daily financial work Still, through the strategic environment analysis, strategic formulation, strategic implementation and strategic adjustment of the integrity of the strategic management process of enterprise financial activities in accordance with the company's overall strategic needs, to ensure the efficient use of resources. The thesis is divided into eight chapters, the first chapter introduced the research background, the research purpose, research significance and research methods the main application, the second chapter do a comprehensive discussion on the financial strategy management theory, the third chapter introduces the general situation of simulation of the operation of company Hexathos, the fourth chapter is the system analysis of the environment of the financial strategy of Hexathos company is facing, the fifth chapter according to the analysis of the strategic environment over the choice of the company's financial strategy, the sixth chapter mainly analyzes the Hexathos 2014-2016 years of financial strategy implementation, the seventh chapter according to the changing strategic environment, the financial strategy of Hexathos company in the future three years of adjustment The eighth chapter is the conclusion and experience of the study.
