【摘要】:在上世紀(jì)工業(yè)革命之后,傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)開始蓬勃發(fā)展,隨著社會(huì)工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的加快,制造業(yè)從最初的勞動(dòng)和資源密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)開始向資本和技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變;而在進(jìn)入工業(yè)化后期,制造業(yè)和生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的服務(wù)業(yè)開始交叉融合,普遍出現(xiàn)了制造業(yè)服務(wù)化的現(xiàn)象,服務(wù)業(yè)在制造業(yè)投入中所占的比重開始不斷上升。中國(guó)的制造業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與典型的工業(yè)化國(guó)家制造業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律是吻合的,所不同的是,受歷史的影響,中國(guó)的制造業(yè)起步晚,發(fā)展滯后。但是在21世紀(jì)初,中國(guó)的制造業(yè)也已經(jīng)開始逐漸呈現(xiàn)服務(wù)化的傾向性。GD公司是一家國(guó)內(nèi)液晶面板制造企業(yè)。本文以GD公司目前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r為背景,主要研究在目前液晶面板行業(yè)所處困境的前提下,如何進(jìn)行服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,以尋求新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文首先在已有理論支持的基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用管理分析工具,分析行業(yè)背景、市場(chǎng)環(huán)境等方面,提出GD公司服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性;其次從技術(shù)和價(jià)值鏈兩方面入手,給出服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型具體路徑與措施;最后對(duì)所選路徑進(jìn)行可行性評(píng)價(jià),論證出GD公司服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵路徑:技術(shù)和價(jià)值鏈相互結(jié)合的服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型路徑。目前還沒有國(guó)內(nèi)液晶面板制造業(yè)的成功服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型案例,本文結(jié)合大量數(shù)據(jù),探討液晶面板制造企業(yè)面臨的問題和未來方向,給出明確的服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型路徑及措施。此外,通過對(duì)GD公司服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的分析研究,形成可行的服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型路徑,以期能夠帶給類似制造業(yè)企業(yè)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型新的啟示。
[Abstract]:After the industrial revolution of the last century, the traditional manufacturing industry began to flourish. With the acceleration of the process of social industrialization, the manufacturing industry began to change from the initial labor and resource-intensive industries to the capital-and technology-intensive industries. In the late stage of industrialization, manufacturing and production-related services began to cross and merge, and generally appeared the phenomenon of service-oriented manufacturing. The proportion of service industry in manufacturing industry is rising. The trend of manufacturing industry in China is consistent with the rule of manufacturing industry development in typical industrialized countries. The difference is that it is influenced by history. China's manufacturing industry started late and lagged behind. But in early 21th century. China's manufacturing industry has also begun to gradually show the trend of service-oriented. GD is a domestic LCD panel manufacturing enterprises. This paper based on the current development of GD company as the background. The main research in the current liquid crystal panel industry in the plight of the premise, how to carry out service transformation, in order to seek new profit growth point. Firstly, based on the existing theoretical support, this paper uses management analysis tools to analyze the industry background, market environment and so on, and puts forward the necessity of GD company's service transformation. Secondly, from the two aspects of technology and value chain, the specific path and measures of service transformation are given. Finally, the feasibility of the selected path is evaluated. Demonstrate the key path of GD company service transformation: technology and value chain integration of the service transformation path. At present, there are no domestic LCD panel manufacturing successful service transformation cases, this paper combines a lot of data. This paper discusses the problems and future directions faced by LCD panel manufacturing enterprises, and gives a clear service transformation path and measures. In addition, through the analysis and research of GD company service transformation, a feasible service transformation path is formed. With a view to similar manufacturing enterprises to bring new enlightenment of service transformation.
