【摘要】：本文以進口新能源汽車行業(yè)為研究背景,依托作者所服務(wù)企業(yè)S公司成立的某新能源車V進口項目,進行項目質(zhì)量管理實踐,以求分析新能源技術(shù)在汽車行業(yè)未來的發(fā)展趨勢,就新能源進口車項目相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理手段做進一步研究。重點聚焦于汽車企業(yè)如何開展進口新能源汽車項目,如何利用質(zhì)量三元論理論基礎(chǔ)完成質(zhì)量目標(biāo)設(shè)定、實現(xiàn)質(zhì)量過程管理,并依照全面質(zhì)量管理理論和門徑管理理論實施各類關(guān)鍵過程控制和關(guān)鍵節(jié)點評審,最終建立一套符合進口新能源汽車產(chǎn)品開發(fā)要求的質(zhì)量管理流程。作者也在項目實踐過程中結(jié)合了當(dāng)前新能源技術(shù)的實際應(yīng)用和整車進口行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀分析了不足之處和今后不斷改進努力的方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the research background of imported new energy automobile industry, this paper carries on the project quality management practice by relying on the V import project of a new energy vehicle set up by S Company, a company served by the author. In order to analyze the future development trend of new energy technology in the automobile industry and make further research on the quality management methods related to the new energy import vehicle project, the focus is on how to carry out the new energy vehicle import project in automobile enterprises. How to make use of the theory of quality ternary theory to complete quality goal setting, to realize quality process management, and to implement all kinds of key process control and critical node review according to total quality management theory and door and diameter management theory. Finally, a set of quality management flow is established to meet the requirements of the development of imported new energy vehicle products. The author also combines the practical application of new energy technology and the present situation of the whole automobile import industry in the project practice. And the direction of continuous improvement efforts in the future.
