【摘要】:作為現(xiàn)代經濟發(fā)展一種重要的產業(yè)組織形式,產業(yè)集群對地區(qū)經濟發(fā)展發(fā)揮了巨大的促進作用。然而近年來,隨著全球化的加深,知識的地域流動性大大增加,創(chuàng)新的復雜程度亦大大提高,集群創(chuàng)新的組織方式由傳統(tǒng)的線性模式向網絡式創(chuàng)新模式轉變,更加強調創(chuàng)新主體間的結網與互動。在知識與技術密集型的生物醫(yī)藥產業(yè)集群內,這種網絡化創(chuàng)新特征更加明顯:生物醫(yī)藥產業(yè)高技術、高投入、高風險等產業(yè)特征決定了生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)不可能獨立完成藥品研發(fā)與制造的全過程,為了降低新藥的研發(fā)成本和風險,提高研發(fā)效率,在激烈的競爭中求得生存和發(fā)展,網絡式創(chuàng)新成為生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的必然選擇。 合理的集群網絡結構對集群創(chuàng)新能力和競爭力的提升具有極大的促進作用。本文以張江生物醫(yī)藥產業(yè)集群為例,對集群創(chuàng)新網絡結構進行研究。首先,在梳理與綜述國內外相關研究文獻的基礎上,對相關概念和理論予以介紹;然后對集群創(chuàng)新網絡的基本構成要素和結構模型進行了分析和刻畫,并以此為基礎,結合張江生物醫(yī)藥產業(yè)的發(fā)展特點,構建了由核心網絡、支持網絡、環(huán)境網絡和外部網絡四個子網絡組成的張江生物醫(yī)藥集群創(chuàng)新網絡結構模型;最后,本文還基于企業(yè)層面的專利合作數(shù)據,探究了張江生物醫(yī)藥集群創(chuàng)新網絡的結構特征并在此基礎上提出了優(yōu)化集群網絡結構的建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),張江生物醫(yī)藥集群創(chuàng)新主體間合作日益增加,集群創(chuàng)新網絡形態(tài)初步形成,但集群內部合作仍較少,內部核心網絡發(fā)育不成熟;外部網絡是集群發(fā)展的主要動力,且在集群外部網絡的形成過程中,地理鄰近起著重要的作用;另外集群的創(chuàng)新合作網絡呈現(xiàn)“核心-邊緣”結構,企業(yè)間的聯(lián)系仍多限于衍生企業(yè)與母體間的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:As an important form of industrial organization in modern economic development, industrial clusters have played a great role in promoting regional economic development. However, in recent years, with the deepening of globalization, the regional mobility of knowledge has greatly increased. The complexity of innovation is also greatly increased, and the organizational mode of cluster innovation has changed from the traditional linear model to the network mode of innovation. In the knowledge and technology intensive biomedical industry cluster, the characteristics of network innovation are more obvious: high technology, high investment in biomedical industry. High risk and other industry characteristics determine that biomedical enterprises can not independently complete the whole process of drug development and manufacturing, in order to reduce the cost and risk of new drug research and development, improve the efficiency of research and development. In the fierce competition for survival and development, network innovation has become an inevitable choice for biomedical enterprises. The reasonable network structure of cluster has a great promoting effect on the innovation ability and competitiveness of cluster. This paper takes Zhangjiang Biopharmaceutical Industry Cluster as an example to study the network structure of cluster innovation. First of all. On the basis of combing and summarizing the domestic and foreign related research literature, the related concepts and theories are introduced. Then the basic elements and structural model of the cluster innovation network are analyzed and described, and based on this, combined with the characteristics of the development of Zhangjiang biomedical industry, the core network is constructed to support the network. The innovative network structure model of Zhangjiang Biopharmaceutical Cluster composed of four sub-networks of environmental network and external network; Finally, based on the patent cooperation data at the enterprise level, this paper probes into the structural characteristics of Zhangjiang Biopharmaceutical Cluster Innovation Network and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the cluster network structure. The cooperation among the innovation subjects of Zhangjiang Biopharmaceutical Cluster is increasing day by day, the form of the cluster innovation network is formed initially, but the cooperation within the cluster is still less, and the inner core network is not mature. External network is the main driving force of cluster development, and geographical proximity plays an important role in the formation of cluster external network. In addition, the innovation cooperation network of cluster presents a "core-edge" structure, and the relationship between enterprises is still limited to the relationship between derivative enterprises and their parent bodies.
