【摘要】:紡織業(yè)是我國(guó)重要的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中占有重要地位。但是當(dāng)今全球經(jīng)濟(jì)總體增長(zhǎng)乏力,需求不振,我國(guó)紡織行業(yè)所承受的壓力空前巨大,許多紡織企業(yè)特別是中小型紡織企業(yè)陷入困境。針對(duì)這一狀況,本文將以CX公司這個(gè)典型的傳統(tǒng)棉紡織企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,首先通過查閱文獻(xiàn)資料和人物訪談的方式對(duì)CX公司的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過分析調(diào)查所得到的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果,找出阻礙該企業(yè)發(fā)展的問題所在;然后,根據(jù)CX公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)中所遇到的問題建立分析模型,從而總結(jié)出導(dǎo)致該企業(yè)陷入困境的關(guān)鍵要素,即企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)成本和企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力這兩個(gè)要素,并逐次對(duì)這兩個(gè)要素進(jìn)行剖析。在對(duì)企業(yè)情況進(jìn)行分析之后,本文將根據(jù)CX公司的實(shí)際情況,提出使企業(yè)擺脫困境的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過實(shí)施差異化戰(zhàn)略、質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略、人才戰(zhàn)略和擴(kuò)張戰(zhàn)略提升CX公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。為了保障戰(zhàn)略順利實(shí)施,本文還提出了CX公司必須配套的一系列保障措施。最后,本文還對(duì)研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:Textile industry is an important traditional industry in our country, which plays an important role in the economic and social development of our country. Many textile enterprises, especially small and medium-sized textile enterprises, are in trouble. In view of this situation, this paper will take CX Company, a typical traditional cotton textile enterprise, as the research object. First of all, through the way of consulting literature and people interview to investigate the current situation of CX Company, through the analysis of the data obtained from the survey results, to find out the problems that hinder the development of the enterprise; Then, according to the CX company in the business problems encountered in the establishment of an analytical model, so as to sum up the key factors leading to the enterprise into difficulties. That is, the cost of production and operation of enterprises and the market competitiveness of enterprise products, and analyze the two elements one by one. After the analysis of the enterprise, this paper will be based on the actual situation of CX company. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, the development strategy of extricating enterprises from the predicament is put forward to promote the core competitiveness of CX Company through the implementation of differentiation strategy, quality strategy, talent strategy and expansion strategy. This paper also puts forward a series of supporting measures for CX Company. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is summarized and prospected.
