【摘要】：隨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的市場(chǎng)，企業(yè)面臨著很大的壓力。在這些壓力下，為了減少成本，縮短前置時(shí)間的同時(shí)向客戶供給高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)，越來越多的管理者著手關(guān)注精益六西格瑪。近年來，國(guó)內(nèi)機(jī)械工業(yè)和其他制造業(yè)掀起了一股學(xué)習(xí)精益六西格瑪管理的熱潮，透過培訓(xùn)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施、考察先進(jìn)企業(yè)，比較交流等形式，精益六西格瑪是一種先進(jìn)的管理模式，它來自于精益生產(chǎn)與六西格瑪管理的有效整合，其本質(zhì)是減少過程變異、消除浪費(fèi)。但是精益六西格瑪管理在我國(guó)仍舊處于初級(jí)的研究階段。國(guó)內(nèi)除了一些大型企業(yè)外，很少有中小企業(yè)應(yīng)用精益六西格瑪管理理論。精益六西格瑪管理是企業(yè)管理成長(zhǎng)過程中形成的一種新的管理理念和經(jīng)營(yíng)哲學(xué)，，它揭露了當(dāng)代生產(chǎn)方式的一般規(guī)律和方式。對(duì)于企業(yè)而言，則必須有一個(gè)具體的實(shí)踐和成長(zhǎng)的過程。 首先，介紹了研究的背景、目的和意義。 其次，基于精益生產(chǎn)的概念、特征、工具和六西格瑪管理的起源、本質(zhì)、特征作了的簡(jiǎn)單介紹。重點(diǎn)介紹了精益六西格瑪方法，確定了精益六西格瑪?shù)暮獠⑻岢隽藢?shí)施程序、工具選擇、組織結(jié)構(gòu)和重要成功要素等。 最后，介紹了精益六西格瑪管理在我國(guó)鋼鐵公司的應(yīng)用，建立精益六西格瑪管理體系，確定項(xiàng)目和精益六西格瑪DMAIC方法應(yīng)用步驟。希望對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)制造企業(yè)在推廣和施行精益六西格瑪項(xiàng)目管理中起到借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, enterprises are facing a lot of pressure. Under these pressures, in order to reduce costs, shorten the lead time while providing high quality products and services to customers. More and more managers begin to pay attention to Lean six Sigma. In recent years, the domestic machinery industry and other manufacturing industries set off a wave of learning Lean six Sigma management, through training, on-site implementation. Lean six Sigma is an advanced management mode, which comes from the effective integration of lean production and six sigma management, and its essence is to reduce process variation. Elimination of waste. But Lean six Sigma management in China is still in the primary stage of research. In addition to some large enterprises in China. Lean six Sigma management theory is rarely applied in small and medium-sized enterprises. Lean six Sigma management is a new management concept and management philosophy formed in the process of enterprise management growth. It reveals the general rules and methods of contemporary production mode. For enterprises, there must be a concrete process of practice and growth. Firstly, the background, purpose and significance of the research are introduced. Secondly, based on the concept of lean production, characteristics, tools and six Sigma management of the origin, nature, characteristics of a simple introduction, focusing on the lean six Sigma method. The meaning of Lean six Sigma is defined and implementation procedures, tool selection, organizational structure and key success factors are proposed. Finally, the application of Lean six Sigma Management in China Iron and Steel Company is introduced, and the Lean six Sigma Management system is established. The application steps of the project and Lean six Sigma (DMAIC) method are determined. It is hoped that it can be used for reference in the promotion and implementation of Lean six Sigma project management in domestic manufacturing enterprises.
