【摘要】:山東煙草公司經(jīng)過(guò)近幾年的努力,員工培訓(xùn)已初具規(guī)模,形成了一套較為完善的傳統(tǒng)教育培訓(xùn)體系。但隨著行業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境的不斷發(fā)展變化,這些傳統(tǒng)教育培訓(xùn)模式在實(shí)際運(yùn)用中都遇到了一些問(wèn)題,員工教育培訓(xùn)工作進(jìn)入了一個(gè)瓶頸期。如何破解這個(gè)瓶頸,使煙草教育培訓(xùn)走上良性發(fā)展之路,本文力求運(yùn)用知識(shí)管理的理論從E-learning培訓(xùn)的角度給出解決之道。論文從E-learning培訓(xùn)的作用出發(fā),科學(xué)分析了山東煙草人力資源培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀及遇到的問(wèn)題,,闡述了進(jìn)行E-learning培訓(xùn)的必要性與可行性,提出了山東煙草公司E-learning培訓(xùn)設(shè)計(jì)的基本思路和模式。 論文的主要內(nèi)容如下: 1.知識(shí)管理和E-learning的相關(guān)知識(shí)概述。從知識(shí)管理和E-learning的定義、特點(diǎn)出發(fā),闡述了知識(shí)管理和E-learning的基本理論,并探討了它們?cè)谄髽I(yè)培訓(xùn)中的應(yīng)用,指出企業(yè)培訓(xùn)要取得成效,在目前知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì),融合了知識(shí)管理理論的E-learning將是必然趨勢(shì)。 2.山東煙草公司情況及企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)問(wèn)題分析。從山東煙草公司企業(yè)培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對(duì)其企業(yè)培訓(xùn)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入分析。 3.基于知識(shí)管理的山東煙草E-learning培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)模式研究。從知識(shí)螺旋的理論出發(fā),探討了山東煙草E-learning培訓(xùn)可選擇的模式,提出了線上、線下、知識(shí)積累、知識(shí)分享等E-learning培訓(xùn)模式的構(gòu)建思路。 4.基于知識(shí)管理的山東煙草E-learning培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。從企業(yè)實(shí)際的角度出發(fā),提出了一個(gè)山東煙草公司E-learning培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案。對(duì)這一培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了實(shí)施這一方案的建議。 本文的研究采用系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究方法,文獻(xiàn)研究法,知識(shí)螺旋法等方法,遵循由外及里,由淺到深的研究方式,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,全面系統(tǒng)地研究山東煙草E-learning培訓(xùn)模式,并提出了切合山東煙草公司實(shí)際的設(shè)計(jì)方案。
[Abstract]:Through the efforts of Shandong Tobacco Company in recent years, staff training has begun to take shape, forming a set of more perfect traditional education and training system, but with the continuous development of the environment inside and outside the industry. These traditional education and training models have encountered some problems in the practical application, the staff education and training work has entered a bottleneck period. How to break this bottleneck, so that tobacco education and training on the road to healthy development. This paper tries to use the theory of knowledge management to give the solution from the perspective of E-learning training. This paper scientifically analyzes the present situation and problems of Shandong tobacco human resources training, and expounds the necessity and feasibility of E-learning training. The basic idea and mode of E-learning training design in Shandong Tobacco Company are put forward. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: 1. Overview of knowledge management and E-learning. The definition and characteristics of knowledge management and E-learning. This paper expounds the basic theories of knowledge management and E-learning, probes into their application in enterprise training, and points out that enterprise training should be effective in the knowledge economy society at present. E-learning, which combines knowledge management theory, will be an inevitable trend. 2. The situation of Shandong Tobacco Company and the problem of employee training in Shandong Tobacco Company. From the current situation of enterprise training in Shandong Tobacco Company, the problems existing in the enterprise training are deeply analyzed. 3. Research on the mode of Shandong tobacco E-learning training system based on knowledge management. Based on the theory of knowledge spiral, this paper discusses the optional mode of Shandong tobacco E-learning training. This paper puts forward the construction of e-learning training mode, such as online, offline, knowledge accumulation, knowledge sharing and so on. 4. The design of Shandong tobacco E-learning training system based on knowledge management. This paper puts forward a design scheme of E-learning training system in Shandong Tobacco Company, analyzes the structure of this training system, and puts forward some suggestions for its implementation. The research of this paper adopts the methods of system science research, literature research, knowledge helix and so on. It follows the research method from outside and inside, from shallow to deep, and combines theory with practice. This paper studies the E-learning training mode of Shandong Tobacco Company and puts forward a design scheme suitable for Shandong Tobacco Company.
