【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),以及全球一體化進(jìn)程日益加快,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈程度不斷升級(jí),企業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的范圍及程度也不斷擴(kuò)大和加深,而企業(yè)如果擁有了豐富的人力資源必將使其在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。因?yàn)?現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與許多其他的業(yè)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)一樣,歸根到底都是體現(xiàn)在人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上面,是人力資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。對(duì)任何一個(gè)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),從物質(zhì)形態(tài)上看,人是一種資源,從價(jià)值形態(tài)上看,人是一種資本。企業(yè)培訓(xùn)是獲得高素質(zhì)人力資源的有效途徑。通過(guò)企業(yè)培訓(xùn)可以為企業(yè)內(nèi)部的員工創(chuàng)造持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì),提高組織的績(jī)效,達(dá)到組織和員工共同發(fā)展的目的。然而,培訓(xùn)也是一種投資行為,因此在注重員工培訓(xùn)的同時(shí),還要對(duì)培訓(xùn)的效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),找出影響培訓(xùn)效果的因素,全面的考察其影響程度,以衡量員工在培訓(xùn)后技能的提高程度和行為的改變程度。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)A公司員工培訓(xùn)影響因素的深入分析,研究如何提升培訓(xùn)的有效性,提高企業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)能力,進(jìn)而達(dá)到改善組織運(yùn)營(yíng)績(jī)效的目的。論文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者的研究成果相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行整理和綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒形成本研究所應(yīng)用的理論基礎(chǔ),從而確立本文的研究方法為文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查分析法、訪談法和理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合等研究方法。對(duì)論文研究對(duì)象A公司的員工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地分析,對(duì)培訓(xùn)中問(wèn)題的原因剖析總結(jié),結(jié)合員工培訓(xùn)的特點(diǎn)和具體要求,構(gòu)建出A公司培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估影響因素模型。針對(duì)A公司員工培訓(xùn)存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合已建立的培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估影響因素模型,提出培訓(xùn)效果的提升策略。最后,總結(jié)全文,并且展望在未來(lái)的研究工作中需要進(jìn)一步研究的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The era of knowledge economy, and the globalization process is accelerating, the market competition is escalating, the scope and degree of competition between enterprises also continue to expand and deepen, and if the enterprise has the abundant human resources will make it occupy the dominant position in the competition. Because of the competition of modern enterprises and many other formats the competition, after all are reflected in the talent competition, is the competition of human resources. For any enterprise, from the material form, is a kind of resource, from the form of value, is a kind of capital. Enterprise training is an effective way to obtain high-quality human resources. Through the training of enterprise you can create continuous learning opportunities for internal staff, improve organizational performance, achieve the purpose of the common development of employees and organizations. However, training is a kind of investment behavior, so in the note While training staff, we should evaluate the effect of training, find out the factors that affect the training effect, and comprehensively investigate the degree of impact, so as to measure the degree of improvement of skills and the degree of behavior change after training.
Based on the impact of employee training A, in-depth analysis of factors, how to improve the effectiveness of training, improve their learning ability, and to improve its operational performance. Based the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the related literatures and comprehensive analysis on the theoretical basis of the cost of reference form the application, so as to establish the research method of literature study, questionnaire, interview methods and the combination of theory and practice. The detailed analysis on the current situation of staff training and study of A company, the reason of training problems in the analysis summary, combined with the characteristics of staff training and specific requirements of construction the influencing factors of training effectiveness evaluation model of A company. According to the existing problems of A company employee training, combined with the established training effect evaluation model of influencing factors, put forward Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, and looks forward to the further research in the future research work.
