【摘要】：自2001年中國加入世界貿易組織(WTO),中國經濟進入熾熱化階段,飛速發(fā)展。生鮮品逐漸進入人們的生活,肉類食品作為人們的生活必需品,隨著經濟的快速發(fā)展,其市場需求量在不斷的提升。與此同時,由于生鮮品本身的特性,人們對食品質量與安全問題也提出了更高的要求。由于冷鮮肉需要在冷鏈中流通加工,對外部操作環(huán)境要求高。對于生產企業(yè)來說,構建完整的冷鏈物流系統(tǒng),需要投入大量的人力物力,占用企業(yè)大部分的資源；而另一方面,目前我國冷鏈物流的發(fā)展較為遲緩,存在軟硬件上的不足,導致第三方物流企業(yè)的服務水平還存在一定的局限性。這種現狀就涉及到企業(yè)對冷鏈物流運作模式的決策問題,很多生鮮品生產型由于對第三方物流服務的質疑,涉足冷鏈領域,但是由于構建冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)的復雜性,而且企業(yè)的核心并不是冷鏈物流業(yè)務,往往難以形成規(guī)模。而在實踐中,企業(yè)往往從自身的發(fā)展及經濟效益兩個角度對冷鏈物流運作模式進行決策。針對于同一企業(yè),也會根據實際情況加以區(qū)別,本文選取雙匯作為研究對象,主要就是由于其在國內的生產基地與銷售網點存在不均衡的問題,其冷鮮肉在各地區(qū)的業(yè)務量存在很大的差異性,所以本文選定銷售網點較為稀少的江西省作為研究的區(qū)域,具有代表性。 本文以雙匯作為研究對象,結合雙匯冷鮮肉在江西省的發(fā)展現狀,對其冷鮮肉的市場需求進行預測,并對其本身的冷鏈自營模式進行分析利弊,以其預測的發(fā)展趨勢為基礎權衡其運作模式的利弊,建立一套比較完善的評價體系,最終運用模糊層次分析法對其運作模式進行決策,并提出相關建議。
[Abstract]:Since China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2001, China's economy has entered the stage of incandescent and rapid development. Fresh products have gradually entered into people's lives, and meat food is regarded as people's necessities of life. With the rapid development of economy, its market demand is constantly rising. At the same time, due to the characteristics of fresh goods itself. People also put forward higher requirements for food quality and safety. Because cold fresh meat needs to circulate and process in cold chain, it requires high external operating environment. For production enterprises, the construction of a complete cold chain logistics system. Need to invest a lot of manpower and material resources, occupy most of the resources of the enterprise; On the other hand, the development of cold chain logistics in China is relatively slow at present, and there are shortcomings in software and hardware. As a result, the service level of the third-party logistics enterprises still has some limitations. This situation involves the decision-making of the cold-chain logistics operation mode. Because of the doubt of the third party logistics service, many fresh products are involved in the cold chain field, but because of the complexity of constructing the cold chain logistics system, and the core of the enterprise is not the cold chain logistics business. It is often difficult to form scale. In practice, enterprises often make decisions on cold-chain logistics operation mode from the perspective of their own development and economic benefits. In view of the same enterprise, they will also be differentiated according to the actual situation. This paper selects Shuanghui as the research object, mainly because of the imbalance between its production base and sales network in China, and there are great differences in the business volume of cold fresh meat in various regions. Therefore, this paper selects Jiangxi Province, which has few sales outlets, as the research area, which is representative. This paper takes Shuanghui as the research object, combined with the development of Shuanghui cold fresh meat in Jiangxi Province, forecasts the market demand of its cold fresh meat, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its own cold chain self-supporting model. On the basis of its predicted development trend, the authors weigh the advantages and disadvantages of its operation mode, establish a set of relatively perfect evaluation system, and finally use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to make decisions on its operation mode, and put forward some relevant suggestions.
