【摘要】：在激烈的低壓電氣行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中，產(chǎn)品傾向同質(zhì)化，很難再以差異化產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)先市場(chǎng)，低成本戰(zhàn)略成為了行業(yè)領(lǐng)先市場(chǎng)，提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要戰(zhàn)略，而精益生產(chǎn)被認(rèn)為是面對(duì)客戶低價(jià)格，高質(zhì)量，短交期的目前最好的一種生產(chǎn)方式。本文以H公司開(kāi)關(guān)插座生產(chǎn)線作為研究對(duì)象，目標(biāo)是通過(guò)精益生產(chǎn)理論方法在開(kāi)關(guān)插座產(chǎn)線的應(yīng)用降低產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)時(shí)間，，提高產(chǎn)品平衡率，縮短產(chǎn)品周期，消除浪費(fèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造。 本文綜合運(yùn)用了生產(chǎn)線平衡率分析、價(jià)值流程圖，消除浪費(fèi)等精益生產(chǎn)管理理論及研究方法，對(duì)開(kāi)關(guān)插座生產(chǎn)線工序進(jìn)行了研究，消除了大量浪費(fèi)和不增值作業(yè)，大量減少了WIP縮短了制造周期，并對(duì)產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行重排優(yōu)化提高產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)平衡率，從根本上降低了該產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)成本增強(qiáng)了產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In the fierce low-voltage electrical industry competition, the product tends to homogeneity, it is difficult to lead the market by differentiated products, low-cost strategy has become the industry leading market, to improve the competitiveness of the important strategy. Lean production is considered to be the best mode of production in the face of customers' low price, high quality and short delivery period. In this paper, H Company switch socket production line as the research object. The aim is to reduce the production time, improve the product balance rate, shorten the product cycle and eliminate the waste driving value creation through the application of lean production theory in the switch and socket production line. In this paper, the production line balance analysis, value flow chart, waste elimination and other lean production management theory and research methods are used to study the process of switch and socket production line. A large number of waste and no value-added operations are eliminated, WIP is greatly reduced and the manufacturing cycle is shortened, and the production line is rearranged and optimized to improve the production balance rate of the production line. The production cost of the product is reduced fundamentally and the competitiveness of the product is enhanced.
