【摘要】：：企業(yè)是知識密集的場所,創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)的不倦追求。獲取和管理好企業(yè)內(nèi)外部知識、實現(xiàn)基于知識的創(chuàng)新,是保持企業(yè)競爭力的主要源泉。知識工程研究如何使用人工智能的原理和方法來設(shè)計、構(gòu)造和維護(hù)知識型系統(tǒng),日益受到歐美等發(fā)達(dá)國家政府和企業(yè)的廣泛重視,越來越多的企業(yè)將知識工程作為提升企業(yè)核心競爭力的主要手段。 研發(fā)部門是企業(yè)知識積累最多、知識應(yīng)用最活躍與最充分的環(huán)節(jié),也最適用于知識工程。論文在借鑒和前人研究的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,運用知識工程理論,采用理論與實證分析相結(jié)合的方法,通過對Z公司知識工程體系建設(shè)的分析,研究了知識工程在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)管理中的應(yīng)用方法：首先,以相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),從知識的資源、應(yīng)用與創(chuàng)新等方面,深入分析Z公司知識管理現(xiàn)狀和存在問題分析,由此進(jìn)行知識工程建設(shè)的目標(biāo)需求分析；其次,分析了公司研發(fā)管理運用知識工程的實現(xiàn)途徑、實現(xiàn)方法及可行性；之后,提出以研發(fā)環(huán)節(jié)為中心的公司知識工程體系建設(shè)的方案、步驟及一體化模型；最后,提出公司知識工程體系建設(shè)順利實施的保障措施。論文研究對提高公司產(chǎn)品研發(fā)管理水平、通過知識創(chuàng)新推動企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Enterprises are knowledge-intensive places, innovation is the tireless pursuit of enterprises. To acquire and manage the internal and external knowledge of enterprises, to achieve knowledge-based innovation. Knowledge engineering studies how to use the principles and methods of artificial intelligence to design, construct and maintain knowledge-based systems. The governments and enterprises of developed countries, such as Europe and America, pay more and more attention to knowledge engineering, and more and more enterprises regard knowledge engineering as the main means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. R & D department is the most active and full part of enterprise knowledge accumulation, knowledge application is the most active and the most suitable for knowledge engineering. This paper uses knowledge engineering theory on the basis of reference and previous research results. Through the analysis of the construction of knowledge engineering system in Z Company, the application method of knowledge engineering in product R & D management is studied. Firstly, based on the relevant theory. From the aspects of knowledge resources, application and innovation, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of knowledge management in Z Company, and then analyzes the target requirements of knowledge engineering construction. Secondly, it analyzes the ways, methods and feasibility of applying knowledge engineering in R & D management. After that, the paper puts forward the scheme, steps and integration model of the company knowledge engineering system with R & D link as the center. Finally, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of the construction of the knowledge engineering system of the company. The research in this paper has reference significance for improving the management level of product research and development of the company and promoting the technological innovation and product innovation of the enterprise through the knowledge innovation.
