【摘要】:一線員工作為直接生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的人員,對(duì)其進(jìn)行有效激勵(lì)十分必要。創(chuàng)建一個(gè)與本企業(yè)發(fā)展相符合的,并能對(duì)一線員工進(jìn)行有效激勵(lì)的機(jī)制是C企業(yè)日常工作的基石,也是C企業(yè)適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境變化現(xiàn)狀下的基本保障,更是招攬人才、保留人才的迫切需要。一線員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制就是,企業(yè)單位在了解一線員工內(nèi)在需要的基礎(chǔ)上,激發(fā)他們動(dòng)機(jī),誘發(fā)他們行為等一系列措施的總和。就是要了解一線員工在怎樣的工作環(huán)境下,才會(huì)更加愿意服從組織安排,才會(huì)更加愿意積極面對(duì)工作,才會(huì)更加愿意主動(dòng)提高工作績(jī)效。 本文首先探討了C企業(yè)一線員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制構(gòu)建的必要性;其次,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪談、資料查閱和文獻(xiàn)閱讀等方式,發(fā)現(xiàn)C企業(yè)存在“一線空、二線擁、三線堵”以及人才的晉升,獎(jiǎng)金的分配存在一些不公現(xiàn)象等問(wèn)題,從而導(dǎo)致一線員工思想不穩(wěn)定,滿意度低,,一心想著二三線等后果;再次,分析了產(chǎn)生上述問(wèn)題的原因,根據(jù)存在的問(wèn)題,提出行之有效的改進(jìn)措施,即從企業(yè)選人出發(fā),解決與員工生活相關(guān)的住房問(wèn)題,關(guān)心的員工培訓(xùn)與薪酬激勵(lì)問(wèn)題,對(duì)一線員工而言被忽略的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃以及一線員工心理方面的情緒管理等等應(yīng)予以高度重視。
[Abstract]:It is necessary for the first - line staff to be directly responsible for the production of products . It is necessary to create a mechanism which is in line with the development of the enterprise and can effectively motivate the first - line employees . It is also the urgent need of the C enterprises to adapt to the reform of the economic system and the change of the market environment . This paper first discusses the necessity of the construction of the incentive mechanism for the first - line staff of the C enterprise . Secondly , through the field interview , the data inspection and the document reading , it is found that there are some problems such as " first - line space , two - line holding , three - wire plugging " and the promotion of talent , the distribution of bonus is not stable , the satisfaction is low , and the core thinking of the second three lines and so on . Thirdly , the article analyzes the causes of the above - mentioned problems , puts forward effective improvement measures according to the existing problems , and puts forward effective improvement measures according to the existing problems , and puts forward effective improvement measures , namely , the career planning and the emotional management of the first - line employees , which are neglected for the first - line employees , and the emotional management of the first - line employees .
