【摘要】:由于人類生產(chǎn)生活造成的二氧化碳濃度過高導(dǎo)致的地球變暖,已經(jīng)造成了全球性的氣候問題。而建筑行業(yè)作為產(chǎn)業(yè)碳排放完全分配系數(shù)占85%的高碳排放行業(yè),首當(dāng)其沖面臨著節(jié)能減排的壓力。全球每年生產(chǎn)的建筑材料將會消耗超過30億t的各類原材料。然而目前的大多數(shù)綠色建筑材料科技含量高,受制作工藝、產(chǎn)量等的影響,往往價(jià)格高于目前使用的一般材料,從而導(dǎo)致市場接受意愿不高。如何更好地推廣新型建筑材料,并對其節(jié)能減耗能力與經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行綜合考量,從而達(dá)到更好的推廣對環(huán)境與人類有利的材料至關(guān)重要。 通過對大量文獻(xiàn)的閱讀,文章明晰了對綠色建材的定義與目標(biāo),同時(shí)對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的綠色建材的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了研究。此外還通過對國內(nèi)外綠色評價(jià)體系系統(tǒng)性的了解,對其中的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)建方法,,權(quán)重的確定,綜合評價(jià)等進(jìn)行了梳理、總結(jié)與歸納,從而為推廣模型的建立打下基礎(chǔ)。其后結(jié)合綠色建材推廣特點(diǎn)的分析,建立綠色建材推廣性評價(jià)模型,將綠色建材推廣過程中的影響因素分為使用價(jià)值、經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值與環(huán)保價(jià)值,通過盡可能全面的考慮對推廣性產(chǎn)生主要影響的價(jià)值因素,以及相關(guān)次級因素,對綠色建材的推廣特性進(jìn)行全面的反映。 其后通過使用模糊評價(jià)與TOPSIS法構(gòu)建了綠色建材推廣性評價(jià)系統(tǒng)。將定性的推廣性能評價(jià)指標(biāo)采用模糊法與TOPSIS法進(jìn)行量化。通過指標(biāo)組合的邏輯關(guān)系與表達(dá)形式形成指標(biāo)體系結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)而整合為完整的系統(tǒng),充分可靠的反映綠色建材推廣問題的實(shí)質(zhì)。基于其自身的特點(diǎn),采用模糊法來確定權(quán)重。通過定性分析簡化判斷流程,定量分析精確判斷結(jié)果,建立起基于推廣性的綠色建材評價(jià)模型。通過對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的處理、分析、驗(yàn)算,從而得到綠色建材的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),通過引入實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析,模擬了系統(tǒng)對綠色建材的評價(jià)流程,驗(yàn)證了模型的可行性與實(shí)用性。以期在綠色建材的這三方面性能之中尋找平衡,得到更加具有使用價(jià)值易于推廣的綠色建材,從而緩解綠色建材的生產(chǎn)制造對環(huán)境的壓力。
[Abstract]:Global warming due to excessive concentrations of carbon dioxide caused by human production and life. It has caused global climate problems. Construction industry is a high carbon emission industry with a total carbon distribution coefficient of 85%. The construction materials produced in the world will consume more than 3 billion tons of all kinds of raw materials every year. However, most of the green building materials have high science and technology content and are made by the technology. The effect of output and so on, often higher than the current use of general materials, resulting in low willingness to accept the market. How to better promote new building materials, and its energy saving and consumption reduction capacity and economic considerations. In order to achieve a better promotion of environmental and human benefits of material is essential. Through reading a large number of documents, the article clarifies the definition and goal of green building materials. At the same time, the development of green building materials at home and abroad is studied. In addition, through the systematic understanding of the green evaluation system at home and abroad, the evaluation index system structure, construction method, weight determination. Comprehensive evaluation has been combed, summarized and concluded, so as to lay a foundation for the establishment of the extension model. Then combined with the analysis of the characteristics of green building materials promotion, establish the green building materials generalization evaluation model. The influence factors in the promotion of green building materials are divided into use value, economic value and environmental protection value, as well as related secondary factors. Green building materials to promote the characteristics of a comprehensive reflection. After that, by using fuzzy evaluation and TOPSIS method, the generalized evaluation system of green building materials is constructed. The fuzzy method and TOPSIS method are used to quantify the qualitative generalized performance evaluation index, and the index combination is adopted. The logical relation and expression form form the index system structure. Then integrated into a complete system, fully and reliably reflect the essence of the green building materials promotion problem. Based on its own characteristics, fuzzy method is used to determine the weight. Qualitative analysis is used to simplify the judging process. Quantitative analysis of accurate judgment results, the establishment of a generalized green building materials evaluation model. Through the processing of relevant data, analysis, checking, so as to obtain the relevant basic data of green building materials. Through the introduction of an example to analyze, the evaluation process of the system to green building materials is simulated, and the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified, in order to find a balance among the three aspects of green building materials. The green building materials with more useful value and easy to be popularized are obtained, thus relieving the pressure on the environment caused by the production and manufacture of green building materials.
